My grandfather come from Sargodha In Pakistan to Amritsar In India. Very well settled here. Thank you Dadaji from moving to india in time and safely. So that i could have managed to arrive on this earth in good family.

वाकई ये एक ज़बरदस्त कोशिश है। जब हमारा दिल पासिज जाता है ये कहानियां सुनते सुनते और आँखों मैं पानी भर जाता है तोह जिनकी आप बीती है उनकी मानसिक हालत कैसी होती होगी इसका अंदाजा लगाना भी बहुत मुश्किल है। इंसानो द्वारा इंसानो को दिये गये ये घाव भर पना बहुत मुश्किल है क्युकी आज भी इस तरह के मंज़र दुनिया भर मैं देखने को मिलते हैँ जिनके लिए देशों के नेतृत्व द्वारा लिए गये फैसले ज़िम्मेदार होते हैँ ।

I am Hindu & My grandfather used to tell us how his many muslim friends shifted to Pakistan after partition & how much he missed them. I felt that pain of my grandfather during your videos of abandoned railway stations of Pakistan.I don't know when people from both sides will understand that we have same DNA & we are brothers. Bloody Britishers seperated our motherland so that both sides keep fighting forever. And now our politicians have been doing same what Britishers wished just for their selfish & mean politics . But now is the time to understand that reality & unite again . A lot of love & respect for my pakistani Brothers & sisters from India.

एक परिवार हमारा भी है सभी मेम्बर कोई फोज पुलिस रेलवे । मे काम करते थे आधा परिवार पाकिस्तान चला गया । एक दंगे ने हमारा सब कल कुछ बर्बाद कर दिया आज भी गुरुग्राम में हमारी 200 कढ़ोद की प्रॉपर्टी ह लेकिन किसी और के कब्जे में है

سارا پنجاب پاکستان کا حصہ تھا اسے تقسیم نہیں ھونا تھا لیکن ھندوؤں اور سکھوں نے انگریزوں کے تعاون سے اسے تقسیم کراکے مشرقی پنجاب کو انڈیا کا حصہ بنوایا۔ اب تو انڈیا نے مشرقی پنجاب کو ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کرکے مختلف صوبوں میں تقسیم کر دیا ھے۔ حیرت کی بات ھے کہ پارٹیشن کے وقت سکھوں نے مغربی پنجاب کو پاکستان میں شامل کرنے کی بڑی سخت مخالفت کی تھی اور مسلمانوں کا ناحق قتل عام کیا تھا لیکن مشرقی پنجاب کے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کرنے پر سکھوں نے کوئی احتجاج نہ کیا بلکہ خوشی منائی
Point to be noted. All Hindus n Sikhs who were left bk in Pakistan during partition were converted to Islam. But never such thing happened with Muslims in India. This is the truth which one shod never forget.
India claimed itself to be a secular country and Pakistan declared itself as an Islamic country.

Nihru, Patel and other Brahman of Congress were responsible for partition, at last stage Ghandhi was agreed after the argument of Patel and Nihru in favor of partition.
All Islamic political parties were against partition, Molana Abul Kalam Azad was against partition till last minute.
Jinnah sahib was demanded safety and security of mslm of India, not partition, when all demands and proposals of Akhand Bharat were rejected by Congress then Jinnah sahib was demanded partition at last stage after 1946.

We all need to appreciate freedom
I am deeply interested in these stories. From my childhood, I used to become imotional after reading this type of stories. Before a fortnight, I met a Hindu retired teacher, who met his muslim cousin last year in Pakistan. I would imagin, a day will come when this border become irrelevant.
@lankishorenavin Most of Hindus and Sikhs who were left in Pakistan were compelled to convert to Islam, where as those muslim who were left in India carried on as muslims. Islam is an evil cult.
This will not happen because mind set of indians and Pakistanis is 180 degree apart.
This real story is full of emotions and potrai the human relations beyond the barriers of religion. It contains sufficient material to make a film .

My ancestors migrated from village Pindi Manhasan tehsil Sakargarh. My grandfather Pandit Lakshman Dass was a Halwai by profession. My father Dr Karam Chand matriculated from Rawalpindi & also got professional education from Lahore. My father served at Govt hospitals at Chaprar, Chavinda, Daska etc before partition & after Partition my father served at Pathankot, Sujanpur, Sri Hargobind pur, all in disst. Gurdaspur. Same here brother my Grand parents moved from kullu manali, my grandfather spent his last days with me I still remember even on his death bed he was recalling his childhood and birth place as he was telling his life story journey through forests and mountains tears were rolling down his cheek as he came to strange lands but could never forget kullu. I wish one day I would visit his birth place for him so he could have peace.

My Father was from Gujranwala village Dilawar chima and he was in high schoool when partition happened...many of his relatives were shot ...his Mamaji and Mamiji with their family were made to stand in a single file before being shot down....my Dad passed
away a month back !
My mother is from Sialkot village Ghartal...Gulzari Lal Nanda was her lose relative...they also escaped from their village empty handed but her Nani who refused to leave with them was
killed later that fateful night...
Those were terrible times...i grew up listening to those painful stories...
