We have them in Poland as well, they are with montly LEGO magazines. For example, in May we are going to get a Tusken minifigure.

The only problem with foil packs is that they have the character on the front

they come with the lego star wars magazine. you get a magazine with posters and comics plus 2 foil packs for like £3.50. It's quite a good deal (they have magazines for ninjago and lego avengers and stuff as well

Why didn't you just feel the bags? I have all 12 Muppets, and I bought exactly 12 packs (I actually had to get Kermit twice because his rainbow piece was slightly scratched, but I returned the damaged one). I spent 20 minutes in Walmart just feeling the packs until I had them all. It's incredibly simple, and I spent under $65 after tax for the set, and I suffered no disappointment. Why would you spend $100s of dollars for the experience of being bummed out constantly? I just don't get it at all. There are tons of these videos online, and virtually 100% of them are constant doubles and triples being opened. You know how odds work, right? Like, getting that one character you're hoping for, which is generally one of the less common ones, is probably something like a 1 in 30 chance each time you open a bag. Terrible odds.
