i regularly use this its a very beautiful combination..try using gandha kachuralu ( this is what we call in telugu) too.. U know you will have a very beautiful aroma to your hair after washing it n it lasts fr at least two days i really niy its aroma hope you will also like it

This is what m doing exactly using sikkakaai powder and then a conditioner... As sikkakaai tends to dry out ur hair and there is chances of split ends too.. dont go harsh with ur hair

I could totally relate when you said 5to 6 mugs is enough… i have been doing that since the water of our area has lot calcium and iron which can ruin hair quality. I started using drinking water half a bucket only for hair .. and it is a real struggle 😂 for body normal water bucket and for hair another half bucket of purified water … Now I can pat myself that my smartness of switching got validated 😮💨☺️🥲

I used to have extremely smooth (less volume though) hair as the water in previous place I used to live had good water.. hard water made my hair dry ( dry grass texture 😁).. as you said I should start using purified water to wash my hair.. I wash my hair every alternate day, is it good? The reason the wash so often is because my scalp becomes oil and make my hair look thinner..

She means the water used after boiling rice. Satham is basically cooked rice. So if you pressure cook with excess water, you ll have some gruel left. This you can drain off and use to mix in your hair pack or just use that to wash your hair.

Don't use it regularly , if you feel shikakai is drying your hair , add some Fenugreek seeds powder to it .🙋

hmm... maybe use some shampoo you like most to remove oil, like meera maybe.. even their powder is great. And then use this when you dont apply oil
