this is a great approach - most teachers start by saying the words at adult speed - so beginners don't hear all the sounds that go into them - for that reason - i thought it would be best for me to learn from children - but you are doing the same thing by spelling out the word and saying it at the same slow speed - then going thru it again one word at a time - then groups of words - then finally at adult speed - quite brilliant
