He was a garbage Ren who spent gold on a stopwatch. He inted for sure, plus Baus was camped.
@@rockzilla5098 that's totally untrue. His mechanics outplayed all of the baus's engages because of skill. Not that he's better than baus. But he certainly knew what he was doing. Also as soon as baus said fk it and went to split he responded right away. Usually this means that the baus's opponent will miss cs but nope. He quickly dispatched with the baus even if it needed to be a 2v1 then he got back into his lane. Watch the video man. It's not that baus got gapped and he certainly got camped. It's just baus plays so uniquely that people make mistakes and the economics bone them in the long run. This ren knew exactly how to handle all of that.

It's incredible they turned around a 4/22 game
I’m not sure how, but they never dropped more than 3k gold behind at any point in the game. I assume because it was mostly Baus who was dying (worth less and less gold each time) and they kept trading deaths for objectives. When they finally won a team fight, everyone had a shutdown so the gold was instantly even again. Full team Bausen’s Law!

@@ADSHYNThat Rene played really well actually, bro knew exactly what to do against Baus and denied him any cheese strat he tried to pull off. That one good team fight won them the game though, they managed to keep the gold diff from growing and all those shutdowns let them catch up.
I remember kermut showing up on his streeams and becoming a frequent occurence, i would laugh and be like hey this is funny, there is this character appearing on baus's games and streams. It is such perfect rise, and now this Kermut really deserves the attention. What a beast of a character

Baus is actually very hard to tilt, the sheer amount of waves he shoved in was so helpful even though he died so many times because it left the enemy team nothing to push with if they won a fight.

Honestly Baus needs to call out when he's looking for engages, both the fights that ended up being enemy wins were only lost because of the rest of baus' team didn't have the time to get there. IF baus called out the play and then waits on the shotcaller to call said play, it I think it coulda worked out a lot better ngl.
That's an acquired skill. Partocularly it's a shot caller skill of a type a assertive personality. Bauss is a chill dude so he isnt gonna feel the same urgency. He even plays sion like a side laner and not a tank. Tanking is a skill that takes a lot of time to develop and carry players tend to really struggle to develop the mindset because you have to take responsibility for others not just yourself. Also when you adopt that vanguard mindset you get toxic cuz you're in the role of general leading the charge and feel like you need to keep the team in line so it becomes harder to get along with you think tarzanned. Its completely counter to bauss personality.
Every time I see these side lane plays and not just bauss I'm like fml you're missing free fights that you could set up because you wanted an extra wave.
@@ethosterros9430 extra wave is killer in the long run bro. Getting the crash vs just letting wave into enemy side of map aka setting up slowpush for enemy is massive.
@@ByzantineRefugee resetting the wave can be done with a jungler rotation and hes gonna help you do it because that's his job. Also not enough people understand to freeze waves forever even in pro play they just bounce waves ad nauseam. Losing fights because you have laners that dont know how to play on a team and understand a 2 second difference in tp timing can lose you the fight and the game.
You have a good point but I dont think it's enough to warrant throwing fights.
I'm speaking from a jungle and a tank mains perspective so it's a non issue for me personally and can force fights at will. I'll take the 3 for 0 and baron and he can enjoy his slow push, and then die because I'm going him so he cant be a nuisance in the side lane.
The wave on their side is low key fine because he has to run down the lane for a full minute for his side lane to matter anyway. I'm thinking more mid late game. In the early game everyone shouldnt be fucking around taking dumb fights and laners shouldnt be expected to flush resources to join in.
