Thank you for watching. Pond plants generally don't require regular feeding like other plants. They derive nutrients from the water and sediment in the pond ecosystem, naturally. However, if you notice signs of nutrient deficiency, such as stunted growth or pale leaves, you can use pond plant fertilisers designed for aquatic plants. Careful not to overfeed though as excess nutrients can cause algae blooms.
I used to make wine and of course you have to use tap water, so I used a tip from my wine making days to remove chlorine from the tap water Add campden tablets, they are very cheap, 6-8 tablets to a pond (depending on the size of it) I used 10, 2 tablets crushed to each watering can It works well for me But thanks for the tips So far this winter my pond has been clear as a bell, plants dormant at the moment
I have a 3 stage water filter system that I use to do water changes , and change the cartridges regularly , but I've had a high pH reading colour lightish blue , so I've purchased the pond stabiliser to see if it alters the water tests over the next few days , no plants and pond vac used to clean bottom regularly, pond has roof over due to direct sunlight most of the day , and the pigeon breeders few doors away ,
Hi there, do you need to feed the pond plants? Thanks for the interesting video!

Hi, thank you for watching and using Pond Equaliser. Let us know if you have any problems!
I seem to have a lot of phosphate in my tap water. Now I don't use tap water.
