- Lakita looked like skin and bones when she was found on a trash bag outside a house in Kentucky. She was taken in by MisPits and Friends Rescue. 8 months later, she’s a completely different dog!

What got me was the sheer defeat and sadness in the dogs eyes at the beginning. I find myself truly hating people because we are the only animals that exercise such cruelty...but then I remind myself that there are good people like this woman.
Indeed. Humans are the absolute worst. We do not deserve animals. They are too innocent and pure for our tainted spirits. The Earth would be happy to rid itself of us.

I broke down when the lady said, "the dog looked defeated." that's the saddest thing in the world to me, and a sad truth for so many pit bulls. luckily, Kita got her happy ending. :)
And such a lied about mis represented breed the pit bull 😠 5he Nanny dog due to fact it's so great with kids it's scummy humans as usual who mess it up grrrr
If I ever see a sad animal - it just motivates me more to help make them happy again!

23 seconds in an I'm already crying.
Kita looked soo sad and like the woman said she looked defeated like she was done with life.
Seeing het run around playing with toys and at the end getting her furever home warmed my mom to see.
It sucked to see that they found her on someone's prouch laying on trash. Now look at her now. Laying in a bed and full of love and happiness like you can't tell she's been through heck.

We live in such a civilized world now, no animal should suffer on the street like that. Respect every creature that is out there. Give them a bit of love and they will give u 1000% more back that u gave them.

The expression on her sad face is priceless: What exactly did I do wrong to deserve this??? It’s quite simply amazing what lots of TLC can do to an animal that had lost faith in humanity.
What she was put through, by an ugly human, never stopped her from believing. Those beautiful humans who helped her, gave her the strength to believe and trust again, they are true angels. 10/10 for letting Kita live and love again in the best house. Love conquers all! 💕

That dog is freakin adorable!! I have a hard time watching stories like this, but I can bare through it knowing there's a happy ending! What's heartbreaking is how many out there never get that happy ending. Just kills me. I have one similar to Kita with her own sad story, but she's with us now and doesn't have to worry about being alone or unloved ever again.

To be honest people are so stupid she is definitely not a pitbull shes an American bully who are actually more related to bull dogs i can tell by the facial features and the shape of the skull which is a brachycephalic skull

Before everyone lynches an innocent person it's totally possible this dog got lost or trapped somewhere and just got free. It didn't seem the dog was beaten, just starved. I mention this only because it's happened to me, minus the lynching.
They found the perfect family for her.. those kids lover her so much.. plus mom and dad.
