Ohhh.... would be cool to make a Harley model with the Vtwin... maybe incorporate a gyro in it like the new Losi moto and lots of chrome pieces. Harley guys would love it.

I would recommend use carbon fiber sheet underneath, it will make it strong enough + it is lightweight

At 4:00 you have long bone axels. Cut them to rigth dimentions than connect them by friction welding. Use bench drill and vice to do it.

There are two options for the driveshaft that I've found XP-10097 Xpress Xpresso M1 28mm Drive Shaft Set 1 pair and Center Drive Shaft, Rear, 28mm (1/8 Helios) hope this helps a lot.

The rear driveshaft on a Tekno Mt410 V1 might work. Very short dogbone and very very strong

How do you plan to deal with the heat of the engine running for more than 5 minutes and softening/melting your 3D printed engine bay?

I would glue a layer of tin foil or some form of heat shield to the underside of the hood im not sure how much heat that engine produces tho so it might be unnecessary
