If I may, I'm one of your subscribers & looking to buy sometime early next year. I've noticed the houses in San Antonio..the decor /design for showcasing homes are very old & outdated/not edgy as compared to Houston or they just don't have any furniture/decor etc. set up w makes it hard to visualize the space in the home even if it is higher in quality. Also, if I may, the sound in the background while you're talking can be extremely distracting, making it hard to hear & is really not needed since you're already well spoken. Maybe when you're not talking, but when you are, it's hard to focus/ hear with the sound in the background. Thank you.

Just to clarify, I'm not sure if it's the specific sound being used (could be) as I know some youtubers also have sound in their background or if it's the volume of the sound itself but some additional effort is required just to listen in.
