I finally got a set of Magic and it’s a really good bag. Just be prepared to throw it a ton to break in the slow carpet side but it’s worth the effort. Great bag and great review as always Mike!!!!
Hi Mike. I really like my Magic bags but I need something similar that has a faster slow side, preferably a hybrid carpet. What do you recommend? The Ninja Smoke, X-Level lights out, Brotherhood Guardian, or something else?
I've never thrown the Ninja Smokes so I can't recommend them. The Guardian and Lights Out are both great bags. Also, check out the B3 Coyote, Swag Bags Chaos, and NFQ Awol. They are all great bags.
No. Wizards have the herringbone carpet on the slow side. Wizards also have an all bead fill which makes them a fuller bag. The Magic have the same materials as the Mercenaries but they don't play like BG bags because of the different fill mixture.
I've always been curious about the different materials and fills of the bags. Bag makers do a horrible job of describing their bags on their websites. I had purchased several sets of bags that were not what I thought they were. I was frustrated because I was wasting money on bags that I didn't like or want. That's when I realized there was a need for bag reviews. At that time, there was only Eddie and Corbin doing reviews. They both do a great job, but there are way too many bags out there for them to cover them all. I felt like there was enough room for me to join them. That's the short version of why I started doing these reviews.
@Mike's Bags heck yeah!!! I for one am extremely glad that you decided to start this you tube channel. What I love best about your reviews is that you are actually a pretty consistent thrower. So besides you telling us about the bags we can actually see it too!! I've run across a few other reviewers where they are describing the bag but then miss the board about 30% of the time.... Your play style/skill definitely makes you one of the best bag reviewers, at least in my honest opinion. Thank you Mike!!
Mike great review again. I bought the Strix based off you review and love them! These will likely make it in to my bag as well. Any idea on how the Karma compare to these?
Thanks Mike, I appreciate your time and all your reviews. I bought Costellos based on your review. I absolutely loved them and you were dead on how they feel and play. Thanks again!!!

Yes, that carpet is tough to break in. It's one of my favorite carpet materials, though.
Hey Mike how did you break in the fly magics?
Honestly, I don't remember. But it doesn't matter. Use whatever method you prefer. I would recommend Toss Sauce or vinegar soak.
I'm taking a hiatus from bag purchasing for the moment, but this looks like a great bag. Thanks Mike!
It is a great bag. This may be one that I keep for a while.

@@MikesBags awesome thanks!
Mike what made you want to start a YT bag review channel? Your breakdowns are the best!

@@robinortega1834 Thank you! I appreciate the support.
What's your favorite bag like 4 8 or 9 acl
The Magic and the Emerald XR are two that come to mind right away.
Mike great review again. I bought the Strix based off you review and love them! These will likely make it in to my bag as well. Any idea on how the Karma compare to these?
Karma is the Kombat carpet with Gamechanger fast side. It's heard from a rep that it's a little bouncy
Fly is the next bg.
I can see that happening.
Any chance are you going to do a review of Vanishes by Gnarly bags?
Or the Jester by Nola Bags
I do not have either of those bags to review but I will add them to my list.

Good review and good bags. Review recommendation: ninja smoke and poisin.
I have not thrown any of the Ninja bags but I've had several people recommend them. They are on my list to review at some point.
I would like to see the black flag line up they have a good website with good prices.
I haven't thrown any of the Black Flag bags. I'll have to try and get my hands on a set or two.
