I feel like jacket wouldn't want to break out of prison. As far as he was concerned he already won - he killed the head of the mob and 'avenged' his girlfriend. He came quietly obviously because we know if he wanted to he would've escaped before he could be arrested
This video is only the final chapter of a campaign called Beyond Deathwish. In the full campaign, the fans break Jacket out of prision. Look for Naju34, the creator of the campaign, he did a full video of it.

Just tried for over an hour and I couldn't get the sounds to play, let alone on other mods or the normal game. If you don't, I understand. But I would really, really appreciate it.
Documents > My Games > HotlineMiami2 > and there should be a folder called "mods" - If there isn't one, just make one. Afterwards just drag whatever .patchwad mod you like into the mods folder and open the game. For the gun sounds I just used effects.patchwad from Miami Menace, which is publicly available. If you still can't do it I'll make a tutorial ig.
It's Hotline Miami. This game can look stupid at first glance but i recommend you to play it, because the gameplay and music actually really good. It's available on steam and ps4 and it's pretty cheap(it's second game by the way, better play first one and then second)
The collection is also on Xbox for $25. Definitely play the first one before the second if you actually try it, there’s quite the difficulty spike in the second one to say the least
