I passed the class so I need to take the state now Your videos have been an excellent resource in helping me understand and get through some of the more trickier subjects and topics. I understand it's a tie-in arrangement to offer a seller a lower Commission if they buy with you but would it be illegal to offer a cash rebate if they did? I'm pretty sure that cash rebates to sellers are not illegal. Is that correct and is there a situation where giving a cash rebate would be illegal? I'm a little fuzzy on that topic.
In VA you don't have to be part of the Natl Assoc of Realtors to have access to the MLS. you just have to pay a fee for access.. Isn't that the norm or just not in NE?

Hi Linda... it's all about what's on the test :o) The real estate exam doesn't deal in the exceptions only the rule... :o)
What is the Latino word please in real estate please there is 6 or 5 of them I’m always confused with them I hope you can make short video for it
