Yes I've been in Ban Chang Rayong since 2019 and it fits me well. Everyone has their preferences when it comes to choosing an area of Thailand. I prefer to live outside tourist areas , especially international tourist areas. Utapao airport is here in Ban Chang and it's being expanded at the high speed train 🚉 will connect all 3 airports when it's finished. Lots of money in Rayong but very affordable housing and so many miles of great beaches. Let me know when you are planning a trip. Cheers
