If REST can consider to be a middleware, then can web framework such as Spring, Django potentially be sort of a middleware? Since they help us to handle logics other than business
REST is basically a way of communicating with middleware, not the middleware itself. A database is a middleware and and to place new data in the DB, you use a PUT. Similarly, you can use GET, POST, DELETE, etc....
Django, on the other hand, is a python framework for Web development....

In Enterprise Systems, Middleware is much more than REST services.
This seems to give a wrong idea about what actual middleware is!
In my humble opinion, Middleware facilitates communication between two services that might have different schema and attributes.
