I think the name for that Masashi Deba is “Honekiri/Hamokiri”! I have one from Masashi some as well. I also was curious what the true name was…I always called it a Deba

@12:40 That Damascus Gyuto: 聖作 As your site mentions, it says "Masashi Saku". 别誂 means bespoke/custom/special order I think.
