Cross Bones looks like a very fun combo based character. On release (whenever that happens) he might need need to be somewhat nerfed considering some combos can 1 shot players without any counter play.

The fact that you can pull people into atacks and run so easily is skill based but the papyrus passive i feel its an lv2 upg or Max but crossbones is definetly an skill charcter probaly abojt 1250 W + reset
I was using little ruin dust to ease my pain because of some events that revealing the dark side of camilla, and that Crossbones wouldnt arrive on the update, but now i'm determined for his arrival, btw is little hyper obtainable again or unob forever?

Its his later upgrades, really. Once you get Target Practice, he can consistently maul charas without a second thought.
To bad his stam goes away in an instant due to all his defence moves stopping regen or taking stam
