- CAA को लेकर प्रशांत किशोर का विरोध लगातार जारी है. उन्होंने इस कानून को भेदभाव पूर्ण बताया. पीके ने कहा कि यह कानून भेदभाव से भरा है क्योंकि संविधान में जो परिकल्पना है उसमें कहीं भी नागरिकता धर्म के आधार पर दी जाए इसका जिक्र नहीं है. इस कानून को लेकर देश भर में हो रही हिंसा कर उन्होंने कहा कि हिंसा सिर्फ लोगों की तरफ से नहीं हो रही है. हिंसा का पूरी तरह विरोध होना चाहिए. पुलिस भी लोगों को मार रही है. पुलिस अगर हिंसा करती है तो ये जायज है?

NRC rules are not yet drafted....how come Prashant Kishore is telling all these?

1) CAA is doing discrimination on the basis of religion
2) NRC would be a huge inconvenience to lakhs of poor people in India who do not have proper documents.
Of course, rules are not drafted around how, but clearly one has to prove his/her citizenship via documents and poor people have a high probability of not having proper documentation.
@@NamanNagesh CAA applies only to fast track citizenship to religiously persecuted minorities who came to india before 2014 Dec from three theocratic states(not democracies)....what is that descriminated?....NRC is must to any modren nation state...Yes...one time process and yes it will have to be done region wise. I dont know whether you are aware or not....Pakistan and Bangladesh has NRC process.....my point is for political reasons you cannot fear monger non stop.
