Thank you for creating this series of workouts. I had searched for workouts of 30 minutes and was fortunate to find them. Many of us appreciate your work and dedication to teaching martial arts. I'm 58, live in Panama, and like to exercise in the early morning to start my day.
Domo arigato, Sensei. A good warm-up and flexibility workout, which is great. 20 years ago, I started martial arts. I still struggle with flexibility to this day. This was a calm, clean way to practice great technique with a focus on mobility and range.
I love your style and level of perfection. I used to follow your workouts on Exercise TV, I think it was. The ones done to music . A couple of ladies demonstrated with you. I hope you will bring back that type of kickboxing workout. I would do your 90 minute workout and feel like I'd only done 15 minutes; the time flew by. I haven't found ANY, kickboxing workouts I like as much; not even close...I found this vid while searching for the old workouts. Please consider doing some of those again....TY. You look AWESOME by the way!!! Shows you practice what you preach ....

I always enjoy trying new disciplines. I've never practiced Kickboxing, only some moves from your videos. Another workout of quality. What I love when I follow you along during these training videos is the importance you give to breath. Softness and strength as the same time. Flexibility and power. Muchas gracias sensei. ^_^
