What will happen is outdated weapon systems will be sent to Ukiraine such as the Patriot anti ballistic missle system as anti aircraft weapons, probably left over law rocket launchers, m60 mgs things sitting gathering dust in armory warehouses. The money of course will be filtered to the military industrial complex and be filtered back in the pockets of the Warhawks in congress and the cronies that bought them out. So basically this is just another stock operation for congress here in the US. STOCK-Stock trading on congressional knowledge. We have a law in place that forbids this practice but in may 2012 the penalty was significantly watered down in the name of (wait for it) "national security". The penalty was reduced from 250k dollar fine and a 15 year federal felony. To a 200 dollar fine and censure(loss of some privileges example committee chairmanship) federal misdemeanor. Yea another reason I think it's funny people actually still have confidence in their representatives. If it makes you feel better Zelensky and AZOV won't get much payola on this misadventure.

While in the US we have all models of execution including gas chambers,lethal injection ,electric chair etc. also justice system is so expensive in the west usually costing in the hundreds of thousands that even if an innocent is wrongly accused,he is bound to be imprisoned, unless he is a millionaire. In Russia however everyone can get a fair trial even the poorest! As for the protesters most have escaped with a fine of barely 2000 rubles or 25 usd , something that the western msm will never tell you!

Thats the Russian ideal but it may not be a bad idea to settle for less. Transnistria isnt in any immediate danger if Zelensky is removed as Ukraines leader.
That’s probably not enough anyway. Regime change and permanent status as “partner” to Russia or just a Galician rump is what they must leave if this is to be nipped in the bud here and now. It’s already gone on too long. No way Moscow ends this feeling comfortable with a status quo ante regime in control of Odessa or even everything west’s of the Dniepr. They will have to at least control the point of the most narrow entry point from west into Russia, which is still west of Dniepr and Odessa and goes right up to the Galicia area.

Very very sad to see young Ukraine men's lives so terribly affected - hid or die is what they are being faced with. Ukraine needs to surrender immediately regardless of what the US or NATO says.
The fact that civilians are afraid to go out in the streets or work tells me that a large portion of the population are not happy with this state of war and unwilling to partake in defense,
as well as desillusioned as to Ukraines capability of withstanding Russian assaults much longer.
Which in turns means that the Ukrainian government, by refusing to offer a meaningful platform for negotiations, directly act against the will of their people.

One thing that Dima still doesn't understand very well is that it's a war of attrition on the Russian side, they don't worry about invading an area that their artillery or air force hasn't yet destroyed. Only after inactivity in that part of the front line did the local commander send an infantry squad to check the decomposing corpses...
Only then does the commander call his superiors asking if he can advance the line. So we wonder how Ukraine is able to hold such a long line against the Russian bear...

Also, China supporting Russia means that Europe is pressuring China to stop backing Russia in this war, which is affecting China's trade deals with Europe. I'm sure that Xi Jinping urged him to end the war soon. All things considered, it seems like Russia would rather win soon rather than later.

I am a French man I live in Kiev ,I don't see any signs of military age men being too worried about conscription ,they walk about freely and happily along the streets of Kiev like conscription did not exist !! The presence of army recruiters or policemen checkiing the identity of young men is totally inexistent....So much for mobilization!!!
I have heard before that they have not actively been trying to mobilize people in Kiev. This isn't the case for other cities. It seems Ukraine doesn't want to bother the people in Kiev.
