As a lifelong Del Shannon fan, I was a bit doubtful when I clicked on this. I was pleasantly surprised -- pretty good! Most covers are straight-up imitations, while this treatment was different and interesting. Edit: the choreography of the guys singing harmony is brilliant. These guys are really polished performers. 2nd Edit after 4 months: I must have been in a bad mood when I said this was "pretty good". If it was only "pretty good" I wouldn't be rewatching it about once a week, and find it just as fascinating and enjoyable as the first time.

Very well done. I was a little worried they may have butchered an iconic song from my childhood. But this version is true to the era. Del had an amazing voice and not an easy song for anyone following in his large footsteps.

That said, I enjoyed this version very much indeed, so congratulations on a wonderful effort and I'll be following other material by this group. I'm sure that a similar treatment could be given to many of Del's other material - with great success.
