The whole kit is electronic, it's a Roland, top of the line, electronic drum kit.
Zac Starkey currently uses one with The Who, many rooms simply can't get a good acoustic drum sound, also the noise onstage is too high with acoustic drums.
It's the 21st century, new technology makes the impossible now possible.

The intro isn't chords as it's played. it was picked arpeggios Sloppy. Chris' solo wasn't bad, but pay more attention to the other stuff that matters
