I ended up getting 10 of these Officers, and they look awesome, but you're definitely right about the feel of the wrist joints being way too stiff and gummy. I also wish Hasbro would do away with the drop down leg joints. The cross bar area is way too thin, and I've head about four Classified figures legs tear off due to such weak joints. Great updated designs, but Hasbro's quality is going downhill fast.
The ball hips do tend to give problems in colder climate. I'm in the tropics, and haven't heard about breakages here. The feel of this particular figure feels very sub-par. Again, I think it's mold degradation since this sculpt has been reproduced so many times
Hi Xcorpeo, I have a question about the legs and hips balls where they connect. I have some tunnel rats and new shockwave that i tried kitbashing but the legs don't snap in all the way. They pop out without any heat. Do you have an idea how to fix. Thank you
That means the ball joints are different sizes. If you're popping a smaller leg onto a bigger ball, it might be possible by grinding the socket on the smaller leg. If you're popping a bigger leg onto a smaller ball, you will need to thicken the ball, say with layers of heat shrink. I haven't tried swapping ball joints of different sizes, so good luck
it's a lot of reuse, but the alternate head and goggles really make it stand out. but yeah, the hand joint is absolute garbage. i popped one off to look at it, and it's mangled, like it was fused together, then roughly cut, in an attempt to make it functional at all. didn't even notice the leg issue till i watched the video, and now i can't unsee it! 😅
An honest, first-rate review of PP Cobra Officer and his cool accessories!

The wonky leg issue seems to be common on this toy.
It bothered me a lot! Easy enough fix though
Definitely plan on doing some body swap parts with the other PP figure
The goggles came with the Cobra Trooper, not Infantry. Glad to see them return!
I meant the original target exclusive, I always mix up the trooper / infantry terms

@@xcorpeo thank you so much
Great review
These cobra officers might be a great base for some Coruscant underground police

The hips are an easy fix though! Those wrists are legit terrible and there's no way to dissemble and fix them
Bro is the accessories are gummy can you bend this easily
