AMAZING Mitsubishi DiamondTrac MRL Traction Elevators - Charter Hotel - Seattle, WA

I cannot describe in words how beautifully modern this hotel is. Mitsubishi has a reputation of some of the smoothest and seamless elevators in the industry, and these certainly attest. Installed in 2017, I am surprised to find these are MRL (per certificate on the elevator), as they could have fooled me for traditional traction units. I absolutely love the hallmark Mitsubishi chimes that greet you whenever the elevator arrives, and, where it mysteriously chimes from. I think the configuration of these units is certainly unique as well, featuring three different types of doors. In this "extravaganza" special, I give you a taste of all four, plus a limited tour of the hotel itself. Enjoy!

Thank you for your description! I've been watching these videos for years now and never understood how the Mitsubishi elevators can even pretend to be ADA compliant. Your little note about "where it mysteriously chimes from" did the trick, letting me know that it's both audible in and outside the elevator when arriving. The speech helped too. I've always loved Mitsubishis and wish we'd get them here...Now I understand them, too.

NEXIEZ-MRL and the entire NEXIEZ models are not sold in the U.S., and the only MRL traction model sold in the U.S. is the DiamondTrac.

Bruh, NEXIEZ-MRL is not sold in the United States. These are definitely DiamondTrac if they're indeed MRLs as DiamondTrac is the only MRL traction model sold in the U.S. (all other countries except the U.S. and Canada have NEXIEZ-MRL and Elenessa, whereas Japan have AXIEZ).
