Nice to see a fellow elevator enthusiast from Dubai! I've always wondered about the relative lack of elevator filmers there (and Abu Dhabi also), which kind of surprised me given the plethora of high-rise buildings and shopping malls...
They're very easy to find if you're on one of the guest floors, as they are right next to the either of the fire stairs. It's a bit complicated on the podium floors, though I don't recommend filming the service lifts in a hotel unless you're a staying guest...
Sorry for the late reply-I use Kleeman Lift Tester (apps.apple.com/us/app/lift-tester/id490950875 or play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kleemann.lifttester ), though if you use an Android device EleMeter (play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.figix.elemeter ) may also be a good alternative.
