I just finished a drawing and was really happy with it. Then I saw this ;(
Hey! Don't put yourself down. Keep practicing and never give up. I'm like you. Love to draw, and I can tell u this, months ago I weren't the best drawer, but I kept on drawing things I like such as, Markiplier and Jacksepticeye and I am proud of the drawings I'm drawing now. Keep practicing and you will get better each time!👍
if you stop drawing, you'll never get better. draw everyday! keep working on things you want to be better at, and the results will happens! it doesnt just happen overnight
Practice makes perfect. Also art is subjective. A drawing doesn't have to nail perfect realism to be 'good'. Discover your style of working and create art that you can be proud of no matter what shape it comes in.

you should do David Bowie as Jareth...
i'm actually *named* after him fun fact. here's how:
my mom really loves labyrinth, and she loves his character.
and when she was 12, she decided that if she ever had a son,
she would name him jareth. Though she didn't want people
to know and think she was crazy, so she combined it with
david (bowie) and got javeth (me!) 16 years later! :)
even though i shortened it to jay.

Wow simply amazing what you have done
This is a random technique question, but: do you press hard on your pencils when you color? Or do you press very lightly and just do layers and layers and layers of colors?
+Sarahmb2 Certain times I press hard, certain times I press lightly, depending on the amount of layers I need to get a certain color or level of smoothness. Hard to explain, from years of practice I've found what amount of pressure is neccessary throughout the drawing.
