Good information. Thank you.
I'm getting my first drysuit and so excited to learn more about this! Thanks for the video. Super helpful, as always 🙏
Love my Seaskin Nova. Got all the bells and whistles on it. Front plastic zip, quick change wrist and neck silicone seals.
Good summary. The video addresses divers who want to go a bit further. How about a detailed video on how to properly adjust the harness on a backplate? Where to do it, what mistakes you can make, how to get it right, etc. I often hear that people would like to switch to BP/W, but that they have too much respect for it. You made a video about this a long time ago, but could you refresh the topic?
You mentioned that as a UK based company you now have warehouses in the EU, how can I see on the website which items I can order from EU warehouses and not have to pay import taxes? Is it enough to simply change the country on the shop page?
These are not really questions for #askmark ;)
After a couple of dives in 9 degree water of the Baltic, I have made up my mind about the need for dry suit. My 7mm semi dry really wasn’t comfortable.
Still loving my KVR, need to get some dry gloves soon. Keep up the awesome work, as always love the content.
I don't want this to sound like an endorsement but Si-Tech make some excellent valves as well as wrist & neck systems. I have ANTARES as my glove system and quick neck as my neck system and I can change out a seal at any time. A broken seal for most means sending the suit into servicing and a couple weeks of downtime and I can just switch it for a new one on the dive site and not lose even that one dive. Also I think socks are a much better solution than boots as you can turn them inside out and dry the suit perfectly and you can chose whatever boots you like for the suit. Much more hygienic.
Vulcaized rubber, back zipper, comfort zipper under the stomach. Viking brand.
