I'd love to hear Willie Nelsons New Song Ride me back home with your magnificent touches from the steel Tony. I think you are amazing can't say enough and I go back to a better time of memories with each song you play. Love love love it. thanks so much you make my life better.
Well in order to review anything, one must watch it totally before making a considered assessment. Also, while Tony plays good, he is not the "best of the lot". The "Greats" are incredibly good. Again Tony plays good but it is not what I want to hear when I hear the SG. I want the Jerry Byrd's, Buddy Emmons', Hal Rugg's, Tom Brumley's, Gary Carter's, David Hartley's, Doug Beaumier's, Mike Johnson's. etc; that are so great that most of the rest cant carry their case. Oh indeed.
These are oldieeeeessss. Love Love Love to you. I would dearly love to see you in person but I couldn't afford the trip. You keep playing your music and I'll keep listeningl
How beautiful and Tony Browne is a legend on this steel guitar..what a performance ..The music is so inspiring and the lyrics and rhythem is sensational..So comforting is the sound..Tony Browne is sensational on this steel guitar..thank you
Another one that sends chills up/down my legs. What time is it where you are? It's 03:55 here in USA/IA. I would love to meet you even if it was in concert. Just so I could meet the person that helps to keep GOOD MUSIC going. I love instrumentals. No talking/singing. We can just sit back and LISTEN. Miss you even though we have never met.
Hi Tony i hope you are well my friend so glad you are still playing and i am still here to listen , i get great enjoyment from the way you play any steel guitar thanks always. brian
Hi Brian. Thanks for coming back again and hope you're doing ok. Had a bit of a lay off because of a never ending house move fiasco, but all sorted now and will be posting some more videos soon.
I overlooked an orchid was a great song. Loved Elton Britt singing. I have a video of him singing and yodeling Chime Bells. Thanks for bringing back memories on Elton and Slim, both great singers. Love your work. K
It would be nice if he still guitar players which state what to name they’re using to play the song they’re playing it would be nice to know it would help other players to know
Hey tony brother I gotta tell you I love this song and the licks you put with it. Professional. Now I wanna know why aint you a member of a band I play the flat top guitar myself but between firefighting and my job I aint got time to practice. But I've always wanted to play one of those steel guitars. My uncle use to play one his name is David hall but that song was wonderful. That old classic sound of a steel guitar gives me goose bumps thanks brother.👍👍👍👍
OMG what a very sad day when you listen to that rendition the only area i enjoyed was the backing it had some great rythem to it and way to heavy with the glide in the left hand.
All those years of flying back and forth to London and I missed seeing your pedal steel guitar and your band. I flew a lot of Nashville trips but never ran across your great work. Hope u keep posting. Loved Slim Whitman too and he was big on your side of the water!,
The Pedal Steel has the most beautiful and haunting unique sound. I am so glad that you can hear the Pedal Steel in Traditional Country Music.
Beautiful Tony classic!!
Such feeling goes into Tony’s playing, and oh my gosh, it comes through in the music! Tugs at my heart-strings every time!

I'm curious Tony as I'm a beginner PSG player. What setup you have. Emmons or Day?
Hi Jim , it's the Day set up for me.
very smooth... very good sir
Thanks Jeremy, much appreciated.
OMG what a very sad day when you listen to that rendition the only area i enjoyed was the backing it had some great rythem to it and way to heavy with the glide in the left hand.
Great Tony, you are smooth as silk! btw is that a BL-710 ?
Thanks Jackie. Yes it's a 710 but would like to experiment with a different pick up on this guitar at some point.
Thought you'd tired where's you bin great as usual
Still here George, thanks for watching.
GENTLEMAN JIM REEVES AND TONY BROWNE ....SWEET.....
I really appreciate your comments on all the videos.
SO SUCESSO INSCRITO NO CANAL.
is your steel a jimmy Day setup?
probly is that not a emmons
most pedal steels are e9th are emmons setup when you order one ask for a day setup or ifnot it usually will be a emmons setup
Hi Mr. Browne want to hear you play ...put your sweet lips closer to the phone...by Jim Reeves. Thanks
Thanks again. May well put a Jim Reeves medley together some time.
