Jess is a player that has grown on me, she is a hard worker and I think she is really smart. It's interesting how coming from a very rich family is seen like a bad thing by some people, I think she is one of the most committed players to the sport despite having her future secured from the day she was born, there are many other players that act like princesses and are quite delicate and entitled while Jess is humble, kind and down to earth.

Her silent, consistent style of play reminds me of Chrissie Evert for some reason.

Her family didn't become super rich until Jessica was in her early teens. So it's not like she grew up with a silver spoon in her mouth. I really like her and think she is pretty grounded despite the millions her family now has.

One of my favourite players. She's smart, funny, hard working and so humble and down to earth. It annoys me that so many people refuse to see beyond her family wealth.

As a fan of hers, I love that she shared a look inside her life that she doesn’t show us very often, for good reason. She’s one tough lady! She one of those special people. Not everyone can come back from injury. It’s easier to quit. Best thing I like about her, she never gives opponent anything. Down 5-1 no lead is safe. Let’s go Pegula!

She can be a very substantial inspiration for ppl. Despite her family's wealth and good fortune, she still has the hunger for success, works very hard and follows her own dreams. Her, Cori and Iga are amazing role models in the world where we struggle to find any. What happened that these days younger generation's main objective and dream in life is to be an influencer and having that 'quick-insta-fam'e with no substance. When I was trying out in acting, first auditions etc. that world seemed a bit superficial but still these jobs required some hard work and talent. Referencing that one great South Park episode, let's rise the bar a little bit :)

Like a lot of people, I suppose, during the pandemic stuck at home here in the UK I was looking for things to watch and realised the one day I was already paying for Prime and they had tennis on it, once the tournaments had got back underway. So I started following it and Jess has become a favourite of mine ever since. I really like her attitude, no nonsense, and in particular how she finds a way to hang in there and work out how to turn a match around after a tough start or losing a set. I was really glad to see her win a tournament recently and also to see the tournament wins she has had in doubles with Coco. I'd love to see her lift a Slam.

Jess💙, you can be nr 1. You have the game, there may be a little doubt about you believing that you can or want to do it. Or maybe you want to keep chasing it because there may be nothing left to chase when you got there? Dont know, but I believe you can win a slam, if you locked into it.🏆

Una tenista que admiro, se abrió paso en el tennis sin importar todos los privilegios que tiene para hacer otra cosa que fuera más fácil. además una chica humilde y gentil. Así deben ser las personas de éxito

After Serena retired, I wasn't sure what WTA player I would latch on to, but ever since her Auckland finals match against Serena, I was watching her, and rooting for her... Now she's on the cusp of true greatness, and there is not one tennis player, MALE OR FEMALE who deserves her Grand Slam trophy and roses...She is so real and committed to bettering her game every day...
I'd like to thank Venus for cutting David Witt loose when her game stagnant...David & Jessie are a great pair...DON'T EVER CHANGE...👊🏿

Tiafoe is the son of an immigrant that worked as a custodian in a tennis center, both Francis and Jess have to go out there and win matches, Jess is an amazing player and I don't understand how being the daughter of a billionaire is a bad thing. As I said, she has to win matches and she does that pretty well

Why? All of the top players are very rich, so do you only root for low ranked players?

Sure, her family may be billionaries, however she comes across as extremely humble and hardworking. You still need to train and work your butt off in order to get to the level of tennis she's at right now .. with or without money. Does the money help? Sure, to some extent, but it's rather small component in the formula for success in professional tennis.
She could've ended up being some spoiled trust fund kid that never put in any effort in anything, but decided to grind it out in pro tennis.
      I respect that.

Guess what? Jankovic, Nadal, Djokovic, Federer, Gulbis, and Davenport all came from very affluent families. Are you going to hold that against them too?
