I don't see any significant difference. The infinite rocket launcher and the Chicago Typewriter with infinite ammo have always been my weapons of choice. I think the "Special Rocket Launcher" is just a feature the developers have put in the final boss fight with Saddler in order to avoid people from getting frustrated and quit the game once and for all during their first playthrough.
there are two rocket launchers in the game, one that you can find in the castle i guess and the second one that Ada is throwing to Leon at the end of the game. The Infinite and the normal one can by bought too, so in total, it is possible to have 3 rocket launchers in the inventory at the same time, first you buy the regular one, then the infinite, and then you collect the one in the castle.

You can either spend $520 in the US to play the PS4 version of Resident Evil 4 on the PS5 in the United States or Rp 30,000 for 15 hours of playtime on PS2 in Indonesia which equals about $2.01 in the US. Sounds like a good deal to me!
