This moment in time needs to be preserved, have never seen the rise of a band as monumental as Nasum. I still know how it was, when I first heard a Nasum song. I knew Cannibal Corpse or Napalm Death before, but I've never thought humans can play this fast, with such intensity in lyrics and vocals and making it with groove more accesible than ever, refusing to fall into monotony of most bands this fast. It was like "no way, this is some computer shit" but no, this was REAL shit! Oh man, sadly the band split after Mieszko....sad day for his family, the band and friends, the fans and the genre as a whole and most of all, sad day for humanity.
Undeniably the band the brought grindcore back on the map. If you doubt that, go ask Napalm Death what happened between words from the exit wound and enemy of the music business.
