In this episode I try to help my brother race his first ever Half Marathon!
During the pandemic he started to venture out for the occasional jog around the block, however he always said he could never run a Half Marathon. So this year I challenged him to run the Movistar Madrid Half Marathon 2021 to just see what he was capable of.

Thats great, I won't be running it again anytime soon. I'll be fairly busy with events and marathon training for my key races.
