I love how when Frieza is laughing maniacally about vegeta exploding Zarbon and Dadoria are just frozen in terror of their boss
I like to imagine that bardock was close to becoming a super saiyan but never had that final push
He had the push, but he wasn't healed for that
He literally needed at least 1M units for a basic SSJ
being a super saiyan would not have saved him from Frieza.

For anyone saying that Bardock couldn't defeat frieza even with Super Saiyan because his power level would be 500.000 when frieza's in first form was 530.000
You're forgetting a massive rage boost he would recieve on top of super saiyan. I believe that when he was fighting against the frieza army his power level kept rising and at one point it was probably around 12-13 thousand. I believe that if bardock would actually turn super saiyan and not let frieza transform he would kill him.
But because bardock kept seeing that kakarot was alive and well, he knew that he was gonna be the one that will defeat frieza. So he was able to cope and avoided his last push that would break the super saiyan barrier. My own opinion.
I think even with that bardock will not win, cause u have to remember he was seriously injured, i don't know how the hell he can stand that much when he before was literaly dying
But I would like to say that if he was healed and with his zenkai after that and going ssj he would beat frieza'ass at 1st form
@@chunkyl2719 you remember how much goku went through in his fight with frieza before he's turned into a super saiyan? He was drowned, drained from energy and his muscles were probably in shreds after using Kaioken x20
I am pretty sure that if Bardock would be stacked with rage boost/spirit of the saiyan race + super saIyan his power level could be even up to 600.000+
And bardock is not as soft as his son, he would beat the living shit out of frieza never letting him even THINK about transforming into another form
Frieza would have transformed and would be twice as powerful as bardock

Unfortunately, even if Bardock in this timeline were to awaken into a Super Saiyan, his Power Level would probably be 500,000, so he's still one step away from Frieza, who has a Power Level of 530,000...
In that sense, I think it was right that fate would not change.

Maybe, but there's also the fact that even if Bardock DID go Super Saiyan, Frieza's only in his first form. Seeing a Super Saiyan would probably prompt him to skip the formalities and go straight to his final form, which has a power level way over 530k. But then again, that depends on whether or not Bardock even gives him the chance to transform.

Most of the Z fighters and Vegeta just stood and watched when frieza was transforming because they were terrified and they gave Frieza that moment to think straight and transform to outpreform the Z fighters. Bardock isn't like that.

sad thing is, no matter how much he deserved being a super sayian, bardock still wouldn't even be able to match freiza's first form (530,000 power level) with bardocks regular 1,060, or even with super sayians 50x boost making it 53,000 though it wouldn't be a fair fight, freiza doesn't even need his other forms, let alone it would ruin the story because frieza would eventually kill bardock, and would most likely train even a little bit just incase the likes of vegeta nappa or radits (he doesnt know about goku just yet, or maybe raditz, i dont know) attain the likes of a super sayain again, making frieza just too strong for goku to take on when the fight breaks out on namek

@@Emerson2435 well yeah but he was said to be 10k before he almost died to dadoria so he must have been at least 11k when he went to go fight frieza making him 550k which would be enough (though I leaning more towards 13k considering how much stronger the zenkai was making vegeta so that would make him 650k)

Bardock being a Super Saiyan here would actually turn out worse since at least Frieza's second transformation easily would've killed him. Bardock dying here probably would've demoralized the other Saiyans into further servitude because if even the Saiyan of legend couldn't beat Frieza, who CAN?

I just noticed that neither Goku nor the Z fighters has killed Frieza and his henchmens in the Namek Saga. Vegeta and his son are the ones who carry the entire saga. Most of Frieza's Forces were killed by Vegeta, whereas Frieza and Cold were killed by future Trunks. The funny similar details here is that Vegeta was really scared of the Ginyu Forces but he ended up killed every last one of them. Trunk was afraid of the Androids but he killed all of them in the end. Like father like son 🤣😂
The Z Fighters deliberately chose to not kill anyone

It’s worth remembering Bardock was utterly exhausted even before starting this fight. And not in the “I’m low on gas, gimme your energy” way Goku was in, Bardock was completely and fully spent even before engaging Frieza. He did not have the energy to defeat him.
@@benimpanu4405 No. It's dumb as hell. The thing with SSJ Bardock is that, like, Bardock was this nobody who went against Freeza. Freeza didn't care and just wiped him out with the Planet Vegeta. Freeza literally forgot about Bardock until he saw Goku on Namek. Episode of Bardock makes it so Bardock is the Legendary Super Saiyan that everyone is talking about up until Goku's transformation, which was retconned in BOG to be yamoshi. it makes no sense that this nobody who couldn't even take on Saiyan Saga Vegeta, is not the Legendary Super Saiyan. The form looks cool, but it doesn't fit and just makes Bardock more than he should. Bardock lives a nobody and dies a nobody, as he should be

They should’ve added the chilled story and when we fought him we would unlock super saiyan bardock, note: (alternative story that takes place after the main one)

Has Vegeta never thought of bringing his home back with the dragon balls? Got me wondering now. I mean I'm sure he has, but he never did.
Dragon Balls have a limit (or had a limit) of how long a person can be dead before they can't be wished anymore. I think It was about 2 years and by the time Vegeta knew about the Dragonballs, the planet had been gone for over 20 years.
one of the angels, if not grand zeno, could do it, but who knows if vegeta wants it carried out anyway.

For those that are confused with the power level of bardock and in super saiyan (Alongside 500.000): No, its not true. bardock in super saiyan will not definitely be 500.000 of power (against frieza with 530.000). Bardock base power level is 13,000, Meaning that bardock on his super saiyan form would be 1.250.000.
