This was on one of my first HiFi (not stereo) albums in the 50s. Thanks to an art teacher in grade school that played classical music in class and an aunt that took me to concerts, I learned to enjoy classics. I like other things also but enjoy the fullness of a symphony orchestra.
Bravo......what fine playing this wonderful piece by Korsakov.........outstanding 1st violin chair.....well played. And I thought the percussion was outstanding in this piece.

Magnificent performance by the talented youth of Poland. Congratulations to the Maestro, soloists, leader, principles & musicians for a wonderful performance. In my past l have performed the wind version of this on Solo Clarinet. Lots of double work (violin & Clarinet parts), as well as solos to do.
