Incredible tutorial. Took so many notes for my own production and Will is one of my favorite producers, so having a good overview of what kind of elements, instruments and sounds techniques are used, is priceless. Subscribed
I'd say a "donk" is a deep plucky sound and lives more in the bass frequencies, while a "stab" can be a short, plucky element across all kinds of frequency ranges
@@_pancamo kind of yes. However, a Donk that is meant for the bass region will sound better in the low frequencies, if you pitch it up, it might start sounding pitchy weird - depends on the source sound.

Great Feedback! Thanks a lot !!
There is just so so much going on. Yet its so simple.
The main lead sound is straight up from a PML diva preset pack. One of the Cercle packs from memory.
so good bro!!! you need to be on stage
Great tutorial can you make a new one on same genre on the breaks? And the whole structure around song
You didn't show ''lfo pad build'' in serum ://
what is the difference between stab and donk

Ohh , so if a take the donk sound oct up low cut freq, will sound like a "stab" , It will sound similar but not exactly like one??

@@francoispml Yes, that was my doubt, if you can do a donk to stab it won't sound good but you can, but it's better to each one in his place

I'm gonna be honest, the high mids and highs during the drop are clashing really bad. Everything sounds too messy. The low end is really solid tho
