Actually they were called Panzer Elite because they stand for the Panzer Lehr Division, which was neither part of the SS but they were really "elite" because they had the most experienced troops and commanders as well as vehicles. They were usually used to teach other divisions about warfare. The reason you don't see a lot of strong vehicles is because they nearly fought to destruction in operation Cobra which they lost all of their heavy stuffs like Tigers and only Panthers are available!
by 1945, they only had their jagdpanzers panzer iv's and are now entirely reliant on their remaining halftracks. literally fought to destruction on the western front lol

Felsmukk if you are a great PE player this wil never happen. You should blob early game with you PE and force him to engage you, of course this will give you a breather before you produce fast 2 AC, then ATHT...after that adapt adapt adapt.

I completely agree with you there, though. It did take a ton of other countries to bring down at Germans, but I never said it didn't either. All I did was point out that England wasn't as big and powerful as it use to be, and I ended up getting roped into this. When I said decent soldiers, I wasn't saying other countries in the British empire didn't play a part, I was saying a lot of them weren't as well trained as the soldiers from England, and against the Germans, it didn't bode well.
At 0:19-0:58 i can perfectly imagina a parade of german soldiers and tanks marching trough the streets of... I dunno, Berlin? A town, in any case... Anyways, such beautifully powerful music, it deserves a 5/5!
That Vulcan There is indeed a chance, but I don’t think it’s very big. Considering the overall poor and lacking performance of the voiceacting, most notably the USF, where the Americans are presented to be potential communists through various idle dialogue, I wouldn’t get exited only to be let down.
That Vulcan I don’t think there is a single line in COH 1 that I found poorly delivered or written. However, it had some issues with repetition. There’s only so many “Jesus, Conrad. Tie your fucking laces” or “Watch for Jerry” you can take before it gets annoying. On the plus side: when they enter combat, you could really hear the panic in their voices. In fact, it was so genuine that I started caring about my units. I felt a little sorry for them when I left them alone for a while and returned only to hear “We’re all that’s left!” In COH 2 it’s rarely anything more than a raised voice with an uninspiring response.
I'll give you the 88mm, it was a startlingly impressive weapon. The problem was, even when mounted on a tank like the Tiger, it created its own problems - like weight and ammo storage - and was easily circumvented with the right tools. And I agree, lets just be glad they didnt have the time or resources to make Amerikabombers and the like - although something like the Ratte would probably be very limited once it reached the English channel, or the atlantic, for that matter.
Yup, "Blitzkrieg" is probz the best mod out there for CoH. The only other one that I can also recommend is the "Europe at War" mod. It´s like "Blitzkrieg" in stuff like armor penetration and unit variety (both CoH original and scratch build units, reskins and so on) but trades a bit of BK´s tactical options for large scale unit deployment and big battles (the "Urban Assault Team" call-in, for instance grants a StuH-42, 2 Panzer IVs, 2 Pumas and 1 Stormtroopers squad, all for 800 manpower XD).

you absolutely right mate, I'm from Germany, my grandfather fought in ww2 with Kampfgruppe Lehr in Arnhem supporting 12.SS-Pz.Div. He took a fight with British 1st Airborne Division, I remembered 2 years ago before he passed away he said "Tommy put a hell of fierce fight long time ago" my Grand Uncle say that too, that not only the Tommies, but also the Aussie. He said Tommy and Aussie had a better great Fighting Spirit than other Allies like US. Peace from Germany

I personally disagree. The Panzer elite had a very versatile range of armoured vehicles. From what I understand there were:- 5 different types of halftrack 2 types of armoured car 3 tank destroyers 2 other tanks a specially converted tiger Kettenkrads. All in all that adds up to 14 different types of armoured vehicle compared to just 3 different types of infantry (Pgrenz, Falschimjaeger, luftwaffe)

The Commonwealth was one of the Big Three "Great Powers" coming out of World War I, but the term "superpower" was only coined after the advent of nuclear weapons, which is why during the Cold War the US and the USSR were considered the "superpowers", because they held all the nukes.

Very true. What he means by "superpower" would be "empire." Britain was a massive empire, but not a super power. "Superpowers" before 1945 were "empires."
