The interpretation of your constitution is not rocket science and the fact that some unelected men and women in robe bask in their own autonomy but will choose to dictate to the legislative arm of government is repugnant and unconstitutional. Fact that a member of one party can preemptively truncate an unannounced and impending ruling by a speaker of your legislative body by an ex parte in hushed hearing is indicative of a hatchet job to demean the powers of the speaker and the legislature. Once you succumb to such subversionist threat, you are doomed. The speaker should stand his ground.
