OUR FIRST POWERLIFTING COMPETITION.. HE GOT INJURED ON THE FIRST LIFT...

Gym Travels presents a special episode our first ever powerlifting competition, hosted at Nottingham strong ( A gym we have actually featured before click link below) we competed at the Amateur British Powerlifting Union (ABPU) a natural federation. It was quite a memorable day things took a turn for the worst but Gym Travels is used to overcoming obstacles. We met a lot of strong lifters and the atmosphere was next to none.
