I HAD an 8 plus. It's been a great phone for me. I bought it used. I knew it was going to be a temporary phone and I'd get a new one after a while. Well now that time has come, and I have bought myself a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro Max 256GB with a minimum of 90% battery life (basically brand new). I'm excited about hearing how good the battery is. Overall, it seems like the most solid choice. A lot of phone for the money!
@@negim7719 I bought the iPhone 11 Pro Max on Amazon. It was $720. It was part of their "Amazon Renewed" program. So far, it has worked perfectly, and I'd say it is worth the money. :)
I have had mine 21month now. Pretty solid. Like a new, but the battery is now 91%. Though it still lasts for 3 days. With heavier use 2 days. I recently checked newer Iphones for bigger batteries and watched tests, but all which did beat this with battery durability were bigger. And I feel this is the maximun size I want from a phone. For example 13 Pro Max and 14 Pro Max are just huge. 14 Plus would be bit more lightweight, but as big as those 2. So this is like the max battery life for this size.

You can just go ahead and change the battery at some phone repair shop, it'll feel just as new. I've come to realize, that as a person who has changed many iPhone batteries, I realize that battery capacity does influence the performance of the phone, not much, but a noticeable amount, that might be this "slowdown" that you mentioned. If you go ahead and change the battery, it'll feel like you bought it yesterday.
@@lunarsoles Depends, some third parties use the real Apple battery. While some others try scamming you with a fake, you’ll have to find out whether they do or not, and if you can trust them. Changing batteries at Apple is nice, since you don’t have anything to worry about, and they have nicer service compared to 3rd parties, isn’t worth the extra money though. But if you feel like third parties around you aren’t trustworthy, go with Apple.
My 3 year old 11 pro max is currently at 75% battery while my iphone 8 is on 55% lol. Still appreciate this phone for longer battery without the need to bring a power bank but I will probably have this battery replaced next year.😂

I mean the biggest thing to look at is the battery health if you don’t plan on getting it changed out, which I suggest you should. You wanna make sure the phone still charges, and the screen is in tact and everything is functioning properly before you use it. Based off my experience it’s still useable today, as long as you know those things :)
Excellent choice. Want as well. After trying first iPhone though like xr or 11. I just want oled and fhd+, this battery and this bigger screen if i will like iPhone
They are selling refurbished pro max 11 on Amazon. What happens is people want the new model so they trade in their I phone 13 pro max as my friend is, less than half what they paid for it to Apple..for a few extra features on the new 14 pro max !! basically the same phone..not a smart move.
I finally bought my friends 12 pro max. He went for the new 14 pro. Paid him 100.000 Yen about 600 USD. His new one cost him 1700.000 Yen. I went for the bigger pro max thinking it would be easier to see against my I Phone 7 for my weak eyesight.
Honestly, I'm getting the 11 pro max and the only thing I'm worried about is storage. I'm a cheapskate so I decided to go and buy a 64gb version and even though my current phone which has been in use for about 2 years now has only had 47 gb used I still feel a little worried since unlike my current phone you cant switch out or put in new sd cards in iPhones so if I get 64gb I'm stuck with it.
Yeah, I’d say if you got the 64gb one and you end up needing more storage, iCloud is a good option. Especially to like offload pictures and stuff :) plus it’s not that expensive per month, I think and extra 50 gbs is like .99 USD.

The camera bump on the 11 Pro is just so tiny now 😅 The 11 Pro still is an extremely completely capable. Especially when you can get a good deal on it. But, the telephoto is NOT capable of nightmode there. The main camera is the only one. It just crops in, but it doesn't use the telephoto. The 13 Pro was the first iPhone where the telephoto supported nightmode. Which is sad but Apple never updates the camera later. That's why even the UW doesn't support nightmode tespite the fact that with the 12 and the EXACT same hardware, it was no problem.

Difference between Apple repair Vs third party shop repair?
@@lunarsoles Depends, some third parties use the real Apple battery. While some others try scamming you with a fake, you’ll have to find out whether they do or not, and if you can trust them. Changing batteries at Apple is nice, since you don’t have anything to worry about, and they have nicer service compared to 3rd parties, isn’t worth the extra money though. But if you feel like third parties around you aren’t trustworthy, go with Apple.
@@YBored that's an excellent answer thank you my guy 🙌
@@lunarsoles anytime brother
I just bought this I’m never buying another phone after this . I had a iPhone xsmax it was good but started glitching out out of no where
Great and informative video , but the video was really loud i had trouble focusing on what you were saying.
Thanks! Just so I can learn and create better, what was too loud? Was it the background music, or my talking voice?
Pretty sure it was the backrounf music😅
me watching this using my 6s. I plan on upgrading this to an 11.
Music too loud
I will say that the camera on my iPhone 11 Pro Max is much better than my old iPhone XR was
Same the camera on my iPhone 13 Pro Max is a lot better then my old 8 plus.
Thanks too you I’m getting iPhone 11 Pro Max i currently have the iPhone SE 2022
This phone will be forever worthy
im getting my 11 pro max next wednesday!! lets see how it goes
Commenting from my 11 pro max truely a beast with 85% battery health and ios 16.6.1 Last a day long ans still 30% left
My 3 year old 11 pro max is currently at 75% battery while my iphone 8 is on 55% lol. Still appreciate this phone for longer battery without the need to bring a power bank but I will probably have this battery replaced next year.😂
Totally agree with you man! The 11 Pro Max is definitely still a heavy hitter in 2022 and I think it's still gonna provide a lot of value for a few more years!
Loved the video man! Well done!!!
Thanks so much dude!! Yeah! It's still a great phone and provides a lot of value like you said!
Short answer: Yes.
Long Answer: HELL YEEEESS
I have my 11 pro max since November 2019
I love it!! My battery life is 73% now which is less but overall i have loved this phone.
Thanks for this insight, well broken down, I love my 11 pro max even more now, #newsubscriber
I’ve been watching videos with the same title as this one but this was the most useful it just answers all my questions and in the way I wanted them to be answered without even trying. Great Job sir 🔥
My mom has been using hers since around the release date and now its been like 4 years and it works just fine, she doesnt mind keeping it but dad suggested we get a her a 13 pro max and give me the 11 pro max anyway, is the iPhone 11 pro max still worth it four years later, i don't know so I need help
I mean the biggest thing to look at is the battery health if you don’t plan on getting it changed out, which I suggest you should. You wanna make sure the phone still charges, and the screen is in tact and everything is functioning properly before you use it. Based off my experience it’s still useable today, as long as you know those things :)
@@AntinnyWorld thank youuu
I still have it got it In 2021 love it only drawback is limited ram 64gb but goes on
i still have it now 2024!
I like how you use Tim Apple's photo when describing the display
I got iphone 11 pro max 256gb with a case a charger (apple) and 7 screen protectors for like 400 dollars with 84% batter health. but it worth it?
I would keep my phone because I can replace the battery’s for only 40 to 100 bucks so it’s worth keeping to me
I’m keeping my iphone for as long as apple supports it. Hell, even when they dont i might still keep it an additional year.
I understand that! I have a friend who still uses an original iPhone 5. I tend to keep my phone for about 2-3 years on average!
Right now it’s $250 on Amazon renewed and it’s still really tempting.
Great video but the music background is a little bit loud. Can’t focus on your info
Thanx bro am gonna get 11 pro max in two days
This is a great review and advice. Big help on that battery usage percentage before buying.
all the iphone 11 lineup are all worth in this year 2022 ❤
I just bought mine this year
Excellent choice. Want as well. After trying first iPhone though like xr or 11. I just want oled and fhd+, this battery and this bigger screen if i will like iPhone
Yes you hit the spot in my mind. Price of a new pro max 14...that hurts going for the pro max 11. Loved the piano black 7.
Just bought one for 400€ still very good phone
Thanks for this review because i was planning to buy this kind of phone for my Children ❤
I'm so glad I could help! :)
@@AntinnyWorld It means a lot to me ❤️
THANK YOU VERY MUCH.....VERY INFORMATIVE
I'm trying to get a reason to get that phone nearly 2024 and now it's just get one and find a reason why I bought it
Honestly, I'm getting the 11 pro max and the only thing I'm worried about is storage.
What's iCloud? Could you please tell me in detail?
@@jeremiahgounder9223 it’s like a gb on the internet comes automatically with your phone all you need is to upload your pics and other things you want to keep but you don’t need it soon on the cloud. Hope I’m making sense
Thanks for your video I’m on XR
Your such an amazing UA-camr. That footage is sickkkkk
Thank you so much Hannah! 🎉🎉🎉
@@AntinnyWorld 😉
Wow! that’s pretty amazing how long your phone has lasted you and that pool footage is sick! Thank you :)
Thanks so much! 😉 it took a lot of time for all that footage to be filmed so, I’m glad you noticed!
Best iphone ever, without a back glass it feel so much better, great for gaming..
U deserve more subscribers my friend.
Thanks man, that really means a lot! I’m working on it! 🎉
I love watching you talk but zone out about what you're saying. Who cares about phones? I have a grandson that helps me with all my phones and computers, so there!!!!

Amazing video 👍🏽

I'm using an Android phone now, I wish I could get this iPhone 11 promax of yours for free, watching from the Philippines, I can't buy a phone like this even if I really want this.more power to your channel, thank you
Even if you already used it, I would appreciate it
I saw an iPhone 11 pro max for 315$ 256gb storage 79% battery worth it?
Yes but change battery
I love to have that phone now it was considered the best ones
Switch out the battery with Apple for about $69 to bring the battery life back to where it was.
Getting this is some days 🎉
I love my iPhone 11 Pro Max🥰
Im gonna say he got where each camera was wrong. I just gotta nitpic..
The camera bump on the 11 Pro is just so tiny now 😅
The 11 Pro still is an extremely completely capable.
AGREEEE!!! Thank youuuuu
Found this phone at a yard sale, in an OtterBox case, worh 84% battery life, for thw grand total of $1.
Nice find!!!
Wow!!!
I have a iPhone 12 and I broke my camera lol got mad one day and so my question is should I downgrade to the 11 pro max ?
Aquaman Anthony! Love to see it! 😂🔥
YESSS haha Aquaman Anthony!
So I want to get an iPhone 15 but it’s July I just saw an iPhone 11 promax brand new on eBay for low for $400 I think I might go that route it may be upgrade to the 16 around Christmas or my birthday which is in March I have a 10 max and I pretty much use up all of my storage space…
i bought 11pro max recently battery health of 82%. How long i can use this? Looks like its functioning very well.
lol i have 77% bh on my 11pm and it still last me about 5-6 hrs
