I believe to a certain degree, in the idea of the trailblaze: I’m hoping this story isn’t as bleak as HI3, not because it’s newer, or because of bias, but because of the fact where trailblazers: we travel, we change, and most importantly, we shape our own destiny, and fate, that’s what cocolia and belobog was. The loufu was the defiance of destruction with phantylia. Even if she did kill Tingyun, and even if it wasn’t in our control, and she was making a statement, we kept fighting and won.. Now we need to ask what Penacony will he wanting to tell us.
This is what he does (make intresting plots that he deems as “fun and wholesome.” When they arn’t.. tbh, this might be a fun story, but he like to twist this idea a lot: I believe the plot of penacony will become wholesome, but that time has not shown it’s head yet..)
It makes me remember all the pain, sadness and farewell on this game, It reminds me in HI3 😢 this song make me even sad than ever I play this kind of story 😞😞😞

I had a theory that in real world Firefly was Sam, so when Firefly got impaled, she used her last consciousness in dream world to transform into Sam. (Also i heard you cant die in dream world, so there's still hope guys 😊)
Fun fact I got from another person: When fighting death in game, he steals the souls of your party, it leaves a corpse but steals their soul. Then you must get their soul back by doing something I’m unsure. So we will probably be able to regain Firefly and Robin. Maybe that’s how Himeko dies?
I literally had to stop playing 5min to search on google if she actually died. Afterwards I cried 20min at least. This is the first game that actually managed to make me cry

Me too. If it's any consolation, a detail people keep overlooking is the fact that, when we fight the thing that "killed" her, it has a capturing mechanic. This capturing mechanic (Sunset) drops the captured character to 0 hp, and triggers their Fallen/Death voice line. During this, they are put into a "Morbid dream." The "Fallen" character's body is left behind, appearing dead, and their "soul" presumably? (It's a grayscale version of the model, so I'm just guessing.) is captured. They can be freed by destroying the weird pod thing that the "soul" is trapped in. The kicker? The animation for the capturing attack is even a stab from behind with the same appendage that impaled Firefly. So yeah she's probably not doing great? But seems like she can be saved. Miiight need therapy after all that though xD

The amount of people ignoring the fact we fight this thing. And it has a mechanic where it "kills" your party members, death line and everything. And you can rescue them. Hell, the animation used in the bossfight is even a STAB WITH THE SAME APPENDAGE I'm pretty sure. (I'll check and edit this comment if I'm wrong) Not saying this won't have consequences. But it seems very likely we'll be able to save her. In other news, 147 pulls saved so far for the best girl in all of HSR (As an f2p) Firefly wanters have hope!
Firefly is not dead believers! We saw a yellow particle (a firefly) fly after firefly died which we didn't see during robin's death so I believe shes still alive (just hypothetical not actual)
We never saw Robin’s actual death. In fact, all these are possible: - Firefly is Sam, inside the suit (she mentions being trapped in a cage, the suit would help her roam the world despite her disease); - Firefly isn’t Sam and is actually dead, and Robin is dead too, which is not certain but possible; - Same as above but Robin faked her death. Leaks have spoiled which one is right so look for the answer yourself if you’re curious or wait until the story continues to find out
