it sure does make a person feel good when the young dogs make the turn from puppy to good hounding hounds. I saw the hounds catching the scent of the bear before they started opening on track. Easton is right on thanking God for taking care of George & the brakes. I thank God for George, & Easton and Mrs. George for taking me along on these hunts & adventures. God is soooo good all the time..Them hills or mountains look plenty steep to this old feller!! Sure glad God has younger people to chase all the creature's. Thanks again George !!

The mountains of Virginia ain't a good place to lose your brakes! That's a heck of a feeling when you hit the brakes and the pedal goes to the floor! Enjoyed the hunt!
@geoffshafer4055 I know what you mean, I go through it too..some days I feel like there isn't A bear I can't catch!, then sometimes I can't catch a bear for nothing! The "ups and downs" of hound hunting!🙂
That was the perfect chase for young dogs, they sure act older, you must be able to work them a lot. I think it's awesome that you have the kids and young ladies out hunting ans shooting bear. Be blessed.

Should I hunt a puppy Feist with my older dog?? Squirrel hunting
