Thanks for the detailed skill tree description. Having a lot of fun with it. I am only level 54 and do not have any Norfleet or sham......those will come later when I go after them, but meanwhile this build has enough skill points to follow yours and it is deadly.
Yep I went shock Gaige in TVHM and had a lot of fun with it, we wiped the floor with everything, but as soon as I got to UVHM everything wiped the floor with us.......Grin. Something had to change!! So found your description and I am using it.
Just went through the Bloodshot Stronghold and rescued Roland and have not even went into second wind.......nope not once.
I use Deathtrap as a diversion mostly, throw the magic missile and hang back just a bit and eat them up with a shotgun or assault rifle and of course pistols if I have a good one. I found that the level 50 corrosive lady fist still eats up loaders at level 54 it has that 800 crit bonus despite its low so called damage and it just destroyed the loaders going after Roland.
Oh I am about to sell all snipers......you have to be close enough to slag everything and if not slagged a sniper is totally useless..........so lessons learned as we go. Lol! I suppose snipers would be good for Maya while they are in phase lock....but hey so is a good pistol. Or smg..........so looks like snipers have to go. Just taking up space in inventory.
Anyway thanks for the detailed skill tree and explanations, it works well and I can see later that it will as you say..........faceroll the game and you do not even have to cheat......Grin. This is a powerful build. It is facerolling everything right now and I do not even have any of those fancy weapons...........not yet.
Learned to manage Anarchy also I caught unto that one pretty quick and I try to keep it around 35 to 60.......somewhere in there at the moment, for general game play........later if going after a raid boss I will try that stacking with a flakker or sandhawk or something or farm Sledge a few times and get a level 61 shotgun from him......it is sadly mostly forgotten but it is a Good Un.............I have played this game 9 times through various levels and with different characters and have never.......never, ever seen a Conference Call.......but I have left many Heads of Jack just lay there after shooting them in disgust. The game will not give me a Conference Call.......but I can get Sledges Shotgun in four to ten tries regular.

January 2019- I've been playing since the release of this game and I'm just now getting to Gaige.
You can farm Anarchy stacks at Sanctuary in the training range:
1) Choose a shotgun with a low magazine size (so you reload after 1-2 shots)
2) Every [non-manual] reload after damaging the target will add anarchy
3) You can max anarchy without investing points in *"Typecast IconoClast"* (@ 5:31 ), saving you 5 skill points

That looks incredeibly fun. Brand new to the Borderlands series, never played old gen, but picked up a PS Vita Borderlands 2 edition and so far love the game. I'm only Level 13 with Gaige, but that's because I went back and started all the different class types and played through until I got to Sanctuary with them. Really looking forward to the Handsome collection and cross-saving my characters to the next gen
With the new level cap that bonus shock damage is sorta worthwhile now, even if it only ends up being 9%

You can play Gaige without Annarchy.
For me it was particularly strong as well, but I learned to fight the need to reload.

This build hits home with me because I am a mechromancer at heart! Gaige is the only Borderlands 2 character I play. Needless to say, you've just earned a new subscriber!

When you get to level 72 do you restart your uvhm?
for an extra interesting twist, know that "sharing is caring" gives a copy of your CURRENT shield at the time of summoning DT.
that means that you can go to your inventory because it pauses the game in singleplayer, slap a flame of the firehawk, summon him, inventory again and put on your sham. that way (like you didn't have enough damage with that build) DT has constant fire novas as long as FotF is empty. he might die faster, though. MIGHT
And it consists entirely of shooting the floor. GG
You know what's really fun. Using the Gibbed program to stick an explosive prefix onto a Norfleet. It's impossible for an explosive Norfleet to drop legitimately in-game. It literally annihilates the entire battlefield instantly.
i know that merging is going to most likely be patched in the handsome edition, but id still love to see the most powerful "gitched" build in borderlands 2. and what is the song at the end?
IMO, the most broken glitch build is Assassin with Grog, Lady fist (Or Crit Fibber), merged into a Lyuda with the Vladof Launcher glitch active. It oneshots most enemies for me
that sounds pretty damn broken actually... id think id be something along the lines of a moneyshot based build but idk
There is absolutely nothing one can do to overpower Moneyshot more. the only real thing you can do is to increase the the crit damage on whatever gun he's holding
Sehej Saraon Merge infinity pistol with 3 lady fists and gunzerk with Grog on full pistoll build. Done most OP shit if you hit criticall spots and you don't even have to waste ammo.
gunzerking does weird things to merging, and with that build youd have to be holding 5 weapons..

some people may not know this, but the normal spiker's splash damage works the same way as the logans gun, as in the splash regenerates rockets.

Gaige is almost game breaking OP. Killed the Warrior in like 2 minutes with a 'Two fer Maggie' in the first playthrough with her.

stacking anarchy is waaay better in sanctuary. the test dummy in the shooting range counts towards combat, so using a low capacity shotgun with a high reload speed gets you full stacks in about 5 minutes, even less with typecast iconoclast tuned. On top of that, he dies if you keep marcus' elemental mission in-progress, doubling your stack rate.

Shoot your conference call down to half clip and merge the launcher into it. U get the permanent 138% fire rate buff from the better half in addition to the ~30% from the com. Merge in an orc for even more fire rate. Use shadow of the seraphs to get over the fire rate cap. Maybe even merge a grog if u wanna be invincible

I use a orphan maker on the practice dummy in marcus shop in sanctuary. Takes about 4mins to stack to 300 and i build back ammo because of my sham. The reduced magazine size doesn't seem to affect pellet count either. Try it.
Coming back to this is funny. Says shock gauge is useless and you are better off with matching elements...proceeds to use shock norfleet the entire damn time. Wow, you would have done more with the shock skills...or...matching elements?????

You could carry a Transformer shield if you want infinite shield while rocking the shock Norfleet. Unless you are very far away, which you won't be most of the time, your launcher will always hit you with splash damage and Transformer eats shock damage and turns it into shield power. You can switch to a Sham if you need to recharge Rocket ammo but Transformer is better if you're running a shock Norfleet. If your shield never depletes, your health never drops. That makes you invincible unless there are enemies that bypass your shield. As far as I know, such enemies don't exist unless you are playing PvP.
I only know the gunzerker to be the most op with the pimpernel and norfleet and its not really a glitch
It is a glitch to transfer the damage of an another gun into the pimpernel while gunzerking

Np, this glitch also works with the sawbar and the flakker because all those 3 weapons have unique spawning pellets which react glitched while gunzerking

the gaige build i normally use is "electrical burn" i find it works pretty good pretty good, havent found the perfect gear set up yet, but it does ok.

You need to spend alot of points to get 15% more damage only with shock weapons, with less points you can get 400% more weapon damage on any weapon using anarchy, you understand why it isnt worth it: 15% with shock weapons vs 400% damage with less points and all weapons, you pick wich one is better.

I hate builds like this because they're hardly about perks which is what I want and all about how you need the rarest and most powerful guns in the game for the build. Like yeah I'm sure every character would be powerful with guns like that, it doesn't mean this is a powerful mech romanced build
The guns compliment gages anarchy skills she is all about pure damage and no fucks given
I would say the fibber suits gaige better and no matter what bahroo says shock gaige can be op it's called the Florentine, slag and shock, which basically becomes 3 elements in her hands, and far easier to obtain than 3 (identical) norfleets. Every build guide on UA-cam literally starts with "first you'll need a norfleet" which isn't a build guide it's a gear guide.

If your trying to take on raid bosses with gaige there are 2 options fibber with bee shield, and grog nozzle, hive with max anarchy stacks
And u gotta use that buck up glitch if ur usin the bee

this with the shield glitch = destruction (the shield glitch is when you go to a travel area NO MACHINES and when you travel take off the shield let deathtrap try to recharge it then put it back on and travel while the bean is still trying to recharge you and BAM fast recharge rate lite SUPER fast)

Helpful advice: Instead of the bar to stack anarchy, just get any jakobs shotgun with 2 ammo, go to the sanctuary target practice and just keep shooting that

picked up borderlands 2 again the other day and before the build ever came out, the first time i played it i was well on my way to doing this. i really never could understand how people were saying "go down the shock route" which made NO sense to me and really wasn't worth it it good to know from this that i will only be spending at most 10 on the middle tree so i don't have to move to anything else. it seems from this build that really the extra 200 stacks are not necessary because that X7 damage litterally puts you 1 mode above what you are. aka if your in OP8 you now have the power to be in a theoretical OP9

Quite honestly, ShamFleeting is nothing new at all. This build is nothing special - most broken item combination in the game with the strongest damage boost in the game. Add survivability skills to offset the damage to health/shields from the insane splash radius.
Norfleet+Sham+Logan's Gun makes AXTON good for everything, of course it'd make an already-powerful character more powerful.
It's a guide for a powerful class to the new players >.>

I'm all for telling them about the game mechanics that this combination is designed to abuse especially seeing as they're useful at all levels with any Absorb shield and a Logan's Gun if they happen to get one from Wilhelm, but I'm not sure I see the point in telling new players about this build seeing as it requires at least 2 copies of one of the most difficult weapons to get in the game. Nor do I see the point in saying it's a Gaige build (although it is strongest with her) when it makes every character coast through the game without any sort of effort at all.
The analysis of what skills are and aren't worth it is also helpful for new players. But showing a very-much-endgame build to players just starting seems very pointless to me.

The assumption is that people understand this to be an endgame overpowered build with farmed weapons on a character that is extremely powerful. This video is intended to show the extremes that can be obtained inside Borderlands 2 for newer players, and for returning players it's a checklist of things to get or a goal to have. Why fault Bahroo for showing off some of what he loves most about the game?

so0meone grog nozzle is a quest item Logan's gun is one of the easiest guns in the game to farm sham and norfleets are two items that everyone is willing to dupe and even without that the norfleet is stupid easy to get from vermi nowadays because of his 100% drop rate sham on the other hand may take time to get legit but it's from the bunker who is also am extremely easy kill
Whats funny is I started playing borderlands 2 randomly then suddenly a week later everything for borderlands 3 started showing up and then the amount of players in matches starting new characters blew up and Its so fuckin hype to see everyone still dick in hand for borderlands

Buck Up has always bothered me, since deathtrap always likes to recharge my shield when i'm down rather than helping kill people to get me back up.

You Don't need to Match Elements when you have High Base Damage From Anarchy & a Twister.
And shock gaige is a bit better for Death trap, it gives him more abilities to use, If you like using him for more than just tanking damage in your place, i thing a shock build would be slightly better. Although this one does allow Gaige to cause more damage herself
Vouax i now im a little bit late, but shock athena is beast because she can have like 100%+ shock damage, while gaige can only have up to 33%

Except that by using relics and Mods she can also get up to 100% Shock damage, and with a few stacks of anarchy she can go over that without loosing that much accuracy.
But if you use fire or corrosive relics you can get MUCH more damage.

Fuck excessive damage, You want to play with fire or acid, you play Maya.
With how anarchy works, you don't even need to care about elements, high stacks of anarchy already give you enough damage(and healing, with discord) to kill anything with little problems, like you can see in this video. So either you play n OP build that can kill anything in seconds, or you play a balanced build that's actually fun, and you can actually aim.
Guys, as long as you have enough damage to kill anything and keep yourself alive, you don't need more damage. Damage is very important but you guys overestimate it.
A lot of people probably already know this but if you do the infinite ammo glitch and fire the infinity pistol you will gain pistol ammo so combine that glitch with this glitch BAM infinite pistol and rocket ammo :)

I'm level 28 and I respeced my Gaige to be a LGT shock build from an OC build. I much prefer it. Anarchy just didn't fit my play style. While I haven't even finished my first playthrough yet, I don't have any issues using shock.
That's what I did my first playthrough, anarchy doesn't fit me either, but trust me, uvhm, hell, even tvhm are so difficult with shock Gaige. I managed to finally reach 72, but I still have so much trouble even with anarchy.
+HeadHunter Yeah, I see that for myself now. I'm level 45 on TVHM and I've had to reset my skill points back into Ordered Chaos/Anarchy. I was getting owned as a shock player. I've ditched all my long range weapons & adapted to slag SMG's & other high rate of fire elemental weapons. It's not my natural play style, but it's a ton of fun & is far more effective. It's pretty satisfying as well. I'm happy. My Class Mod & stone (I can't remember what they are called) is all about improving cooldown rate. Deathtrap is basically always out now. It's fantastic & the reason I chose Gaige.

I fucking loved little big trouble. it is so much cooler than anarchy. it just sucks you just basically have to stop using it at lv45ish, cos it's just not powerful enough. make the most of it before it becomes underpowered

For anyone like me who struggles to farm for the Sham as it has low drop rate. Do what I did. Get the Transformer shield from Pimon in wildlife. Much easier drop. And just get a low level Logan's Gun by farming in Normal Mode. You don't need a powerful one as it's useless. Just needed for rocket ammo

I actually have a revised shock build with the trick shot fibber and it works imo better than norfleets.(with anarchy for both) and doesn't rely on deathtrap most of the time. from personal experience norfleets don't do jack to bosses so that's the reason i wanted to revise the build.
