- Hey guys! I'll bring you with me on my rest day and show what I eat on a normal bulk day, unbox protein bar packages sent from my friends in Israel and Austria, Niv and Nini. Insane stuff!!! I have no words for sending me so many tasty bars from the big brands... Just watch!
I'll share my current goals, calorie intake, macros, workout split and everything around my bulking journey.
It's been a while, so I recorded as well one of my full Upper body focused workouts + my warm up which might be useful for a lot of you.

I have been watching you for years and your quality is just getting better I can't believe you don't even have 100k subs yet.

USN Trust Salted Caramel is the best protein bar ever (nor just on my opinion).

26:36 haha the only flavour of grenade carb killa bar in costco europe.
28:11 send it man. Ship that stuff to France or start it in France. There is no fitness/bodybuilding food here like in Germany.
Can't even get fat free cheese or quark here. There is only 1 fat-free greek yogurt called skyr which France recently just started carrying everywhere. You can't even get popcorn seasoning for popcorn to France not even on Amazon.
Only thing you can get is sugar reduced ketchup. No pumpkin, no pasta alternatives. It's really the worst country for food tbh especially healthy food.
Bulgaria is not much different and that's why I get crazy excited about packages like that
