Nade u talk about trying to get bigger your not going to gain a pound if you worry about how many calories shit has or if it's healthy or not. The way to gain weight and get bigger is to eat a shit ton it doesn't even matter what it is as long as you bust ass lifting. Not even getting 2000 calories a day eating food people eat that are trying to LOSE weight and lifting won't get u shit

You can't actually convert fat to muscle you absolute idiot, you just build muscle at the same rate you lose the fat it's not actually possible to turn fat to muscle.
Jason Logue no he's right, you need to eat a lot to build muscles, look at every successfull bodybuilders, they're eating at least 8 meals a day, like 10 eggs for a breakfast
