Good video. But some tips: Add anti squeak on the sides of the pads, as they tend to chatter inside the caliper. Some lube will prevent some very loud and annoying brake squeak. Also, do not use a screwdriver to compress the pistons in. Use the old brake pad and some sort of anti-marring tool between the old pad and the rotor to compress all three pistons on that side evenly. And never forget to pump up the pedal before moving your car after installation.

Nice job Rush. The ceramic pads are SO worth it. I had stock pads on my SRT and clean wheels would last an hour. With ceramic pads, I can go a full week before they look at all dirty. Regarding the brake “breaking in”, you should do a video on that. Its a pain if you don’t do it right... you get mad squeaks.

Did you lose any of the stopping power the OEM pads provides? I wonder if there is any loss. I had a hellcat and I hated the dust and more so the squeaking sound when the breaks are applied. The only mods i have done was window tint and i replaced all my badges with matte black hemi took the 392 off and the red rt i replaced with matte black. What exhaust mods have you done. Im debating between exhaust cutouts or muffler delete. Yours car looks and sounds awesome.

I have a question for anyone who can help me out, I have the six piston calipers as well. Once everything is on and good, I tighten the lug nuts and the brake pads are against the floating hat on the rotor, causing the rotor to lockup and not spin. Any suggestions on what could be the problem? Thanks.
@@RushShift yeh. Its a pro and con situation. More mileage and less frequent gas station stops, but more weight and money at the pump. I think the tank is aluminium tho
Solid Gold every 6 Piston Brembo setup has the issue at low speed stops. This is the solution unless you track your car, those stock pads are worth it to track but not city or occasional strip runs

Yes, just did the front I haven't had much trouble with dust in the back and the pads still have plenty of life as of right now 👌🏻

Have you thought about getting a bigger gas tank? I saw one that has a capacity of 22 gal and can fit on the modern chargers and challengers
No, because it would mean adding more weight to the car when the tank is full. I think the tank is good enough as is.

Mines squeal like hell the power stops cut down break dust I did the bedding break in and lubed the back of the pads and they still squeal
