You have to remember that God created Al Bundy so that when anyone arrived in heaven and asked God why they made them suffer so much in life, God could just say, "At least you weren't Al Bundy." After that no matter how terrible your life was you would be grateful to God that you weren't Al Bundy.

This is actually my most favorite episode of the entire series. Funny enough, I’ve discovered this episode on TV one night shortly after playing DOOM on the PSX aka PS1.
He played a Freddy Krueger, The Phantom of the Opera, The Devil, The Riddler, a couple of Dream Beavers and The Scarecrow. This guy knows how to be scary and creepy.
Oh Al, you should have known better than to make a deal with Freddy Krueger! Does make for one funny episode though. Love how the Devil feels so awkward patting Al on the head after al kneels down to him in gratitude after old Hades tells him he'll never see Peg or the kids again.

if you really want to, just reach out to him, he's always around. i wouldn't recommend it though. try getting a dog or fill your time with something to distract your mind. I'd say look for god, but I'm guessing after 45 years you ain't trying to hear that. i hope you feel better soon or that your situation ends

I wished they showed more of that guy Kelly was going to date in this episode. I couldn't determine if he was attractive or not with his small amount of screen time.
I hated this episode with a passion and I still do. The biggest dud they ever ever casted. I have a feeling that the sewer garbage that thought of this episode was the garbage that played Marcey. My biggest disappointment is she's still alive.
According to IMDB this dud was written by Ben Montanio & Vince Cheung. But yeah, the crappy quality of this episode (along with almost every episode from season 10 onwards) proves the show should've ended a very long time ago
This was near the end of the run, so they were a little bit out of steam, plus different writers and producers in the last season did hurt the show a bit.
