I am in the same boat but mine was for the identity verification I had just did it prior to my delivery and then after the delivery I was getting another order and then it was saying that I had to verify as well as the order was coming in and I was backing up out of the driveway and then it said it was processing but it couldn't have been processing because I did not do a verification there was a glitch in the app so I tried to log out and log back in and then it said I was deactivated and then the next day I got a text saying that I was deactivated for not doing the identity verification so I called support and did the appeal put the reference number put in exactly what they told me to say requesting to do identity verification and given the reference number where I had talked to them about the glitch and everything and then I get a response back from the appeal saying that because I did not do the identity verification that everything stands and they told me to appeal again saying that I did not get the opportunity to do the verification and then I got another response saying that everything stands because I did not do it so after several times of doing that they told me to file for pre-arbitration and I sent an email and got a response that they will review everything and get back to me within 30 to 45 days and set up a call
@@DaltonHustles I had been doing it since 2019 full-time never any issues my customer ratings was 5.0 everything was good. That's why I don't believe they even checked anything like they say in the appeal because they would be able to see I had never had any problems and been with them over 5 years.
