  • To join an Excel table to an attribute table in ArcGIS Pro, you can follow these steps:
Make sure both the attribute table and the Excel table have a common field (e.g., an ID or name) that you can use to join them.
Add both the attribute table and the Excel table to your ArcGIS Pro project.
Right-click on the layer in the Contents pane that you want to join the Excel table to, and select "Joins and Relates" to "Add Join."
In the Add Join window, select the layer you want to join to the Excel table from the first drop-down menu.
Choose the common field from both tables in the second drop-down menu.
Select the Excel table from the third drop-down menu.
Choose the common field in the Excel table from the fourth drop-down menu.
Click OK to apply the join.
Once the join is applied, the attribute table will include the fields from both the original table and the Excel table, based on the common field you selected.
