For those that don’t know, Captain Marvel and Iron Man are trying to destroy Kree missiles. On the Disney Wish, in the Marvel dinner show, Captain Marvel mentions that she “has a date with some Kree missiles”. That is a reference to this attraction.
I still think is so annoying that they do so much in French. Like I bet more than 60% is foreign and would enjoy the park more in English and also the French visitors should know English. Just the fact they almost only speak French makes the park less good. But that’s just my opinion.
@@redmannn5398 You're in a park in France. Deal with it. I'm Dutch and my french is abysmal and I personally still very much enjoyed my visit. It was a tad frustrating when this ride broke down twice and updates on technical difficulties were only spoken in French. But then you just have to pay some extra attention to the people around you who do understand french, which is the majority. They still added plenty of English translations and subtitles in my opinion.

I wish they would’ve put some actual set pieces like they did for Guardians at Epcot. Like a big plant earth in the middle that the projections and coaster would’ve flown around would’ve been great.

i love how the intro bit like tells the story in english and french so both can understand its really cool. i went on this like 5 times when i was there its such a good roller coaster
The best part is that the cast member costumes make them all look like they work for a private security force. As a result, the cast members look more authoritative. I hope this will subconsciously make guests actually listen to the cast members and follow their instructions. But who am I kidding? Probably not. Still, a cool costume.

They're probably not Agents of Shield, just like how I wasn't a Jedi when I worked at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. I was a "force-sensitive individual" who lived on the planet of Batuu. So they're probably employees of Stark Industries who live in Paris.
To be honest, I don't why they don't have everything in French, or repeat everything in French. The half-and-half approach seems to benefit no one. When I visit an overseas park, I don't expect anything to be in English--just like I don't expect to speak French when someone visits me in the USA.

Or why not respect the country of origin and have the audio in French, repeated in English? Why not let everyone understand it? I recently attended a bilingual wedding, where the bride's family spoke English and tte groom's family spoke Spanish. The pastor would say a paragraph in English, then translate the same paragraph into Spanish. It was perfectly fine! No complaints. Or better yet, have a translation screen in multiple languages. Or design the show to be language-agnostic. I recently watched a show on Disney+ in its original French with English subtitles, since the dubbed version was poorly synced and the voice-over actors didn't match the voices of the French actors. After about a minute, I completely forgot the show was in French. My eyes could read the subtitles fast enough to still let me absorb the action.
Even the nighttime shows at Disneyland Parc uses both English and French. Like Disney Dreams Be Our Guest is in French while Friend Like Me is in English. Even Peter Pan speaks English while Wendy speaks French.
In fact, French is the second most learned language at school in the world... I think the French/English duo works well and characters are repeating things in both languages... When Tony asks a question, Cpt Marvel rephrases it and answers. Disney is mostly for kids and families... More than 60% of kids at DLP speak french while less that 20% speak English. So, It makes sense that the main character (Tony) speaks french and not the other way around.
I'm a bit disappointed because I feel like this should be better than it currently is. Yes, of course I love the Iron Man animatronic, it's breathtaking; however, they could have just kept some.of the lights from Rock N Roller Coaster to make the illusion that lasers are being fired against Kree missles, and I was expecting some kind of a new Avengers score. Finally, the ride was hyped as one where you could team up with your favorite Avengers; however, we just have two and no other choices. The whole point of a re-theme is to make an attraction better than it already is with new technologies and today's current trends. Here, there is only just one point of a re-theme. I will still go on it, and I hope it is better in person.

I found this one basically THE EXACT SAME AEROSMITH RIDE once it was there, and now only themed with Stark... really brilliant... I just wish it was Aerosmith there yet, it was much more cool. I got the feeling this ride is made for having many more Marvel fans, but for only 2 single rides I find it NOT worth it
Yay another enclosed Disney roller coaster in the dark themed to be in space. How original! Haven’t seen one of theses open for like two whole months!!! What a renaissance for Disney Imagineering, thanks cheapK!
@Twisted Coaster Fan they could just as easily make double the LEDs they ordered for Guardians at Epcot. They already designed the effect. They chose to do it on the cheap
Yaaay another rollercoaster in a dark room surrounded by projections. Can’t wait for Cheapek to downgrade our rocking rollercoaster to something like this. (Tbf, RR avec AS had always been a dark room as it never had the physical props in the ride like WDWs but somehow the added projections manage to make this underwhelming )
Damn I gotta say Disney doesn’t miss with their shrubbery also holy crap now I gotta go to florida, Hong Kong and Paris now, guess I have to save up 100,000 to go on the international Disneyland trip

I've been on it a few hours ago, it's as bad as in the video. It's empty. There are 7 screens (I've counted them because I was bored), 0 props in the ride. We were wondering if lights were missing but no, it's just really that bad. At least, it's a dark ride. Imagineers that worked on making RNRC must be really sad to see what Disney has done with their masterpiece.

Did they re track it? New trains? Is it more smooth? The aesthetic of the trains are very dull in comparison to the baby blue super stretch Cadillac limos with actual lit Cadillac taillights at Walt Disney World.
When calibrating his suit, F.R.I.D.A.Y is essentially repeating what he is asking but in English. When speaking to Cpt Marvel, she is confirming what he says in English. The story is completely understandable whether you speak English or French.

Six Flags Magic Mountain just opened Wonder Woman, a brand new roller coaster, best part you can spend all day at the park, have a great time, and you Don't have to be looking at your darn cell phone all day to enjoy the park. As many have said Disney has lost the magic, and what they offer will not stand the test of time as people who pay ($pend) hard earned money stop going. Magic Kingdom how many rides do they actually have? And the wait time for these top 4 rides, the crowded shoulder 2 shoulder walkways, made worse by a parade traffic jam, that's not magic. Harmonious at Epcot is just one great big Intellectual Property (IP) show that truly makes me feel sick to watch it. Sorry I was a huge Disney fan and now I cant even stand to go with everything that has happened to the parks, taking the park money to cover the cost of the failing Disney plus TV .
Looks amazing but is constantly ruined by making most of the speech French! Disney is American, not French! Disney Paris is supposed to be for the whole of Europe, not just France!

I believed that to be the case, but in Quantum Encounter, Captain Marvel says that the Kree Missiles are on the other side of the galaxy.
