Honestly I'd just love the option to have Devon on the driver market in a regular or myteam career as well. Loved 2019's career. Too bad my Devon lost his drive after s1 and never returned :(

Really? My Devon ended up joining me at Ferrari in S3, dropped midway through S4 for Ricciardo - then signed with Haas (partnered with Bottas) for S5 and they are now our main rivals for the championship. Great rivalry! I thought everyone's careers would be similar.

That would be great to have all these fictional drivers, since we already have some of the fictional drivers who appear in your MyTeam career if you don't sign any driver. Imagine being able to sign Aiden Jackson, Casper Akkerman, Devon Butler or Lukas Weber.
In Braking point Weber appears in the tweets, and can show up in MyTeam in department events as a journalist! It’s nice to see he isn’t fully gone
Devon's face and voice both nailed it. They really give Devon that one charm.
We need more F1 youtubers like Matt, Tommo, Aldas, and Josh for NPCs

Aarav, Ben, Matt, and Scott got honor of becoming NPCs when testing F1 2017. Aarav looked a bit different because he wasn't as slim like now

I've played the game and the story during a free weekend. I must say that the real drivers feel a bit out of place. You have the made up Charakters that get all the attention and then the real characters that are just background actors.
The story was a bit different but I didn't liked it, due to the lack of realism. I've went with Haas and that just doesn't make sense when compared to the real Haas team. The sponsors come from the drivers. That's probably why the car of Mick has the 1&1 sponsor (a German company) on the halo and Nikita doesn't. Also the main sponsor of Haas is there because of Nikita. Also going with all Rookies is only done because of the money.
The car performance is way to strong.
I mean there are certain limits. They probably can't interfere with the sponsors. The performance is done to keep the game fun. The real people probably only done the minimum they need to do required by F1 and more would be too expensive.
In my opinion it would be better to just add a team or 2 to keep the realism. The question would be how much realism can be put into the fictional teams. Also it's probably hard to get the real people to have getting more done.
For the maybe limits they had, it's good work but for me it's a bit off and not good integrated.
