Justice Alito is totally fine withholding federal money for medical conditions or treatments he doesn’t like, but doesn’t want the sword to cut both ways. He claims he doesn’t understand how the spending clause can require a hospital to provide care for women to preserve their organs or health but certainly understands how it works to deny similar procedures for military and Medicaid recipients. Hypocrisy, thy name is still Alito.

I'm 30 minutes in and the has to do with US citizens being able to bring in their non-citzen spouses. Nothing to do with the union

Unionize or let the elites trample your rights.

Or start your own business instead of trying to take over someone else’s.
Also, I’m not sure how entering into a consensual working agreement tramples on your rights.

@@ramonabreu2882 Start your own business against a global monopoly who steps over the red tape and regulation that crushes you... yeah, there's a reason small businesses have been disappearing for 20 years straight wealth expert... it's called different rules for different classes.

@@jaysonflask1663 No. You're just wrong here. Small businesses succeed all the time. You may not become a national brand, but you can support yourself and your family.
Small business, however, does become more difficult because of government regulations (which I'm sure you support) and unions (which I'm also sure you support) trying to take over business autonomy. These two things make it too expensive to operate. You're positions support the global monopolies you claim to be against.
And if you are not willing to take the risks and do the work, quit complaining.

Unionization is not real. The company has the right to shut down that store, and then you have nothing. The only real power is political power and ownership.
